Went here with some family for a general dine out, definitely recommend making a reservation in advance for weekend visits.

Everyone enjoyed their food, we had a little issue with our sides coming out straight away and then our mains about 15 mins later which wasn't acceptable but a word with the head waiter and he gave us some more side portions to make up for their error.

There were a couple of Bday celebrations happening so can see this being good for the younger audience in particular. Really enjoyed the lively vibe in this place more then anything.

Only downpoint would be the slight language barrier between customers and staff as both our waiter and waitress were not fluent in English but this didn't actually cause any issues on the night at all.

Would go again but only if in a large group, for a couple experience it's a bit loud!

We decided to try the mexican restaurant close to our hotel. We ordered torillas and drinks, before we decided on dinner. The tortillas were obviously store-bought, and same goes for the salsa and guacamole. The guacamole wasn't even avocadoes! The passion fruit mojitoes didn't have a single hint of passion fruit and there was too much alcohol in them. Crappy drinks for £7! Ended up leaving without dinner..

This neighbourhood restaurant had a really nice sangria to kick off our meal. The main dishes - a quesadilla and a fajita - were fresh and relatively lighter than TexMex. My husband said his stomach wasn't too happy the next day, but he does tend to be a bit sensitive in this respect.
In short, I would try this again if I felt like Mexican...

So My partner and I headed over to Loco mexicano after craving mexican food for a while. It met our dietary requirements and the food was cooked to perfection. But best of all we were treated very nicely.

Location: A bit of a walk from both Queensway/Bayswater stations, however you cannot get lost as it's one long road and then a straight left all the way down.

Staff: We went there quite early, around 1;30ish in the afternoon so there was about one waiter one chef and he was so lovely! Extremely friendly and very welcoming. I have read some reviews for the Victoria Branch and they don't seem that pleasant, but here I do recommend.

Food and Price: The best part! Authentic Nachos with guacomole and sour dip and I recommend the Classic Quesedillas, the starters are about a fiver each. Quite filling. My partner ordered a steak dish for his main, I think it was the Rib eye which was tasty. I ordered a Enchilldas, you get a side dish with it and some dips too. It wasn't the tacky sort of mexican food, It was spot on! Finally we had a Chimichanga dessert dish with 4 Mocktails. It totaled to about £50. Which isn't bad.

Atmosphere: Mexican music in the background and hats! With Bambo decor and beautiful paintings too.

Definitely will be coming again.

We went for a friend's birthday and the atmosphere was amazing! The staff were so friendly and attentive.

The starters were lovely and everything tasted great, the selection we were given was really good as well.

The food was wonderful and the portions are very large, none of us finished our meals yet the staff offered to wrap it up for us straight away so we could take it home.

Overall, a wonderful place to eat and at such a great price I will definitely be going back!
