This is certainly a hidden gem very close to London Tower and easy walk to many resturants. We found all staff extremely pleasant from the front desk to the wait staff in the City Cafe. We asked for an executive room as we had a later flight and they accommodated our check out at 300 pm.
Room service was on time and had a very good selection for breakfast. We did use the executive lounge several times throughout our stay and found it well stocked with food and beverages. I would certainly recommend this hotel whilst staying in London...

Room Tip: Executive room gives you a little more flexibility. Well worth it.

Initial contact with the hotel wasn't great when trying to order champagne for the room for when my wife and I arrived, as I just kept getting put through to an extension that no one answered. However, I received a call back from Lee Mills, one of the Customer Service Executives, who was brilliant, nothing was too much trouble for him and we had a thoroughly enjoyable stay.

I stayed there for one night.
It has very good location, as a combination of modern and old London.
2 Mins walking distance to the Tube station. 5 Mins walking distance to the London bridge.
I did a running in the evening around the river and back, it takes about 45min.

The Apple pc replaces the TV.
Plus, I enjoy the food in the restaurant. Maybe too less for man, but fix for ladies.

Room Tip: A spot with combination of Modern & Old London.

Outstanding service. Clean rooms, quiet, comfortable. Excellent breakfast. A really huge choice of fresh quality produce. Just amazing staff. Every person we encountered was helpful and attentive.

This is our second visit and we will always stay there when in London.

We felt well looked after and made to feel like valued customers. Thank you.

Despite receiving a statement under the door stating the correct room rate first thing in the morning on checking my bank statement I found this hotel had charged me an additional 40%. Be very careful if trying to check out quickly as they may try to fleece you and rely on the usual business clientele not noticing

Stayed twice, once in a king room which was a bad experience so they upgraded us to a suite for free for a future stay (month later), even with this we were not impressed. Very minimal with cheap furnishings & amenities surprising for the Hilton chain. Great location near Tower Hill tube station and a 5 minute walk to hotel. Near all attractions & only the suites have great views of Tower of London and the bridge, but extremely expensive for even London's standards. Breakfast was ok, nothing fancy but again over priced. Staff was ok and friendly enough but they think giving you a warm cookie at check-in is the answer to your happiness lol. Overall this hotel feels like your getting no value whatsoever for your money. We would not stay here again and cannot recommend this hotel.
