We were a group of 7 friends, stayed in 3 rooms [double and triple rooms] for 3 nights.

Kind and Helpful Staff.
Small but Very Clean Rooms and Bathrooms with daily housekeeping service!
Very satisfied with the continental breakfast [includes toasted or not bread, butter, marmalade, honey, all types of cereals, croissants, yogurt, milk, coffee, orange juice and tea etc.]. Also, coffee and tea is offered at the reception area, free of charge and all day!
Free Wi-Fi access in rooms!

The hotel rooms seem to be recently renovated but the floor was a bit old!

Very good location, near to bayswater and queensway underground stations, just 5 minutes!

A small hotel near the Hyde Park, 15-20 minutes from the marble arch, the best thing in the hotel are the friendly staff, I booked three rooms in the hotel but one of them by mistake ( through the booking.com) they refuse to return my money back (their manager order)although they rent it to somebody else ! The breakfast is good. The room is nice but bed sheets not so clean and the bathroom items not supplied after it finished, water boiler with tea and coffee are available in the room. In general reasonable three stars hotel for it's price.

I booked this hotel on a surprise bid with Priceline.com. After winning the bid for a ten night stay, they gave me the name and I immediately went to TripAdvisor to check the reviews. The reviews older than a year told a nasty and frightening tale. I should have ignored those and so should you. Focus instead on the more recent reviews which are consistently excellent. At some point the hotel changed hands and had a complete transformation of both management and staff and was transformed into a wonderful and lovely place to stay. I agree with all the recent wonderful reviews and would like to add that this was one of the most charming and comfortable places I have ever stayed in London, and I include those hotels at three times the price. I think its the staff that really makes this hotel special. They are an international team from several countries in Europe, multilingual, all with great English and with a personal desire to be sure you are comfortable and have what you need for a great stay. The breakfast was a big plus each morning with Monica leading the kitchen staff, greeting and providing for each guest, always with a smile. The reception staff of Marta, Maria and Anna were always helpful and kind and provided directions and recommendations, never tiring of questions. The rooms were small but since our stay was longer than usual, they changed us to larger room as soon as one was available. It was always spotless and well tended. The location of the hotel is ideal, close to bus and tube stops, in a quiet and safe neighborhood. It was great to just be able to cross the street to walk through Kensington Gardens passing the Palace in the mornings. In summary, I couldn't recommend this hotel highly enough. Fabulous staff, with wonderful breakfasts included to start the day, excellent location and clean and comfy rooms, all at a very reasonable price. What's not to like? I plan to return often..

Room Tip: Try to ask for a larger room if you can. The regular rooms tend to be pretty small..

Really helpful and nice staff, helped us with everything - always with a smile. We had to change room because of to much noise in the morning - got a new room right away without any problems.

Close to underground, but in a peaceful neighbourhood.

Service was First Class. It's a fairly basic hotel, 15 mins walk from Paddington station and 10 mins from 3 different underground stations, and 5 mins from Hyde park. On a lovely smart road full of hotels.
Our room was clean, the beds were comfy, the duvets were cosy, the room was lovely and warm, so what more could you ask for? We paid £65 per night which includes a continental breakfast, it's £2.50 extra for a cooked breakfast.
It's not a super modern hotel, there's no bar/restaurant, there's a creaky lift, and yes, it's a bit dated and tired in places, but having paid more money for cold rooms in dimly lit streets, this was very good value for money in my opinion.
It's not Premier Inn, but for the area, and with a receptionist who was ready to clean my shoes had i asked her to, it gets a rating of excellent, due to value for money.

Stayed for one night Dec 13. Room Good and staff very helpful. Continental Breakfast very adequate. The lift is the main relatively minor disappointing feature it is exceptionally small and very slow. If able to I would use the stairs.

Room Tip: Queensway tube is nearest despite guide stating both this and Lancaster Gate only 6 minutes away
