This has been my second stay at the hotel and I confirm that the hotel is fine, well maintened and with friendly staff. The position is convenient because the underground is just some minutes walking.
The thing that has annoyed me this time has been the fact that it was not a good idea to spend more to have the Club room with the continental breakfast included.
I agree that this kind of breakfast needs to be less attractive than the full English one but I can say that the continental breakfast cannot be defined a real breakfast. no bread, a very very limited choice of items and the room itself it is not a breakfast room but something like a business room.
As for my first stay here I would have preferred pay less and add the price for the full English breakfast whcih usually the hotel offers at half price if you book it the night before.
So my advice is not spending more for the Club room: you won't obtain nothing and regret the other complete breakfast!

Dear reviewer, thank you for adding your positive feedback on the hotel. I acknowledge your comments on the Club Lounge continental breakfast and agree that the full offering in west 5 brasserie is significantly more substantial. The Club Lounge breakfast is an added value basic, complimentary offering for anyone who upgrades to a Club bedroom. This also gives guests drinks and canapes in the early evening.
Kind regards

My first stay and only for one night but very surprised by the high standard of this hotel. Polite and efficient reception staff, excellent breakfast service. The bed was really comfortable with fresh, crispy white sheets. I could have easliy slept on for an extra couple of hours.

Decent car park to the rear of the building

Stayed here for the second time in mid December. We were impressed last time and were again impressed this time. The room was perfectly clean, as was the restaurant. Breakfast was very good and the service, as always, was outstanding. Though the hotel is away from the city centre, access is easy using the tube central line. I would certainly highly recommend the Crowne Plaza and will certainly stay there again.

Having stayed at many London hotels in the past, we knew clearly to avoid Central London if we were to get the best value possible.

Crowne Plaza Ealing was an excellent choice - we drove in, parked up (albeit rather expensively at this particular hotel) but within 20 mins had checked in and were on the Central Line to Oxford Street.

The hotel is literally on top of Hanger Lane tube station, about 25 mins into London. Really handy.

Even though we were sleeping on top of the A406 there was no traffic noise at all, and yes we did have a room facing the roundabout. Again, surprising for a London hotel! Room was clean, telly a bit rubbish but overall one of the better ones out there, and certainly great value for money.

Dear reviewer, thank you for adding your positive feedback following your recent stay with us. I acknowledge your comments on the TV system; we do offer 12 channels, although no sports in bedrooms (west 5 bar does show all Sky and ESPN live football), this is something we are looking at, however our current contract runs until 2014.

Arrived from Heathrow after an early morning flight. As expected, the room was not ready, but the staff were very helpful and gave us access to the fitness center's changing rooms to freshen up and then stowed our baggage for us. Hotel is impeccably clean, room was large enough (though not spacious) and very well appointed. Lots of small touches, like heated towel rack and mirror in the bathroom, were appreciated. Also, the mini-bar was only stocked with complimentary bottles of still and sparkling water (one each) with the offer of more items as required. The water was restocked daily during our stay, and we then had space for storing our own perishables in the bar.

This hotel is a great jumping off point for those who are comfortable with using the Tube. It's right across from the Hanger Lane stop on the Central Line, so a cheap 1-4 Zone daypass will get you to Central London in 20 minutes or so. It's also easy to get back to Heathrow by taxi afterwards. A good value compared to similar hotels closer to the center, and much preferred to staying around Heathrow and taking the Piccadilly or the Heathrow Express.

We stayed here Saturday and Sunday and found it ideal for our visit to Wembley, straight across from the Hanger Lane Tube Underground station aor the 83 bus from round the corner which takes you directly to Wembley in about 20-30 minutes.

The rooms were nice as was the bar area downstairs.

I would definately recommend this hotel if you have are staying in London for an event at Wembley Stadium or the Arena.

Stayed at this hotel as it is close to work. Arrived later than expected and a weary from all the delays due to the fog. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Ordered room service and was very pleasantly surprised that it looked and tasted great and was healthy - poached salmon salad was delicious.
