This hotel is situated next to Kensington Gardens, just off the Bayswater Road. There are at least 2 underground stations on the central line within a few minutes walk. I believe there is a third but we never used it. There is also a very frequent bus service which terminates at Piccadilly Circus. We got a good price on Booking.com and could not fault the hotel. Our room wasn't huge but there was only 2 of us and we were hardly in it. It was clean, warm and quiet & the power shower was something else. The staff were OK but we didn't really spend any time there so can't really comment otherwise. The bar was nice for a nightcap before bed and reasonably priced for London. We didn't breakfast there so can't comment on the standard of the food. I would definitely stay here again due to the location and price. I imagine that in the Summer you wouldn't get out of the two parks!
