This hotel is located around the tube Ealing Common, zone 3. It takes 3 minutes to get the tube station. I did enjoy breakfast at hotel everyday, and l liked comfortable and clean my room. If my friends ask me, l'd like to recommend this hotel.

LOVE this hotel. Will never look at another hotel in London again. Takes around 25 mins from hotel to central London on the Piccadilly line. Value for money is amazing, compared to central London.

ROOM : AMAZING. Beautiful decor, great huge TV with SkySports1, Fridge with free bottled water, Nespresso machine, Iron/Board, Safe, great storage, plug points near bed which was huge and comfy.
SERVICE : OUTSTANDING. Always enjoy checking into a DoubleTree for the cookie, but desk staff were friendly and genuinely welcoming. Service in restaurant also spot on.
FOOD : GREAT. Used both bar, room service and restaurant. All excellent, and reasonable value for a hotel menu.

Haven't got a bad word to stay about this place, will be seeing you again soon whenever I am on business in the capital.

Pros: Nice staff, good breakfast, close to bus stop, close to subway, refrigerator in room, safe in room, very clean. Cons: No ice machine, no sheets to cover with - only thick quilt, no complementary wifi, costly - $180 a night, $22 for breakfast, $75 for wifi for 5 days

Dear William C,

Thank you for leaving your feedback after your stay with us here at the hotel.

While I am pleased that you enjoyed parts of your stay I am sorry that you were unhappy with some factors.

Generally no UK hotels have ice machines but we are happy to deliver it to your room for you. We would also have happily added a sheet to your bed if you had requested it. We believe our pricing is fair considering our location and product.

We do hope to welcome you back again in the future.

Many thanks

Comfortable hotel with all the amenities: nice bed; walk in shower; coffee maker; wifi (free for 1hr); gym (for those who use it!). Close to shops (Sainsbury's, Nandos, newsagents). Bit far from centre of London (approx 30mins on train) but close to tube station (Ealing Common) <5min walk. Room a bit small but not cramped. Got rate on a discount (approx £70 a night - wouldn't usually pay that much but thought it was a healthy discount down from maybe £150 odd a night so might as well enjoy a 4 star hotel for once!)

Upon arriving at the reception the staff were very friendly and the warm cookies were a lovely surprise, also the room upgrade a added bonus. The room was warm & very clean with good facilities. The bed was large and comfy. At Breakfast
next morning there was a great selection and service was quick. I am vegetarian and I asked for vegetarian sausages which were cooked for me very quickly and I did not have to wait long for them. When we checked out the lady who dealt with us was lovely and helpful. We were going into London to see a show and it was great to be able to leave our car in the hotel and come back for it afterwards and the charge was only £10. My only regret is that we were only there for the one night. We will definitely be booking to stay here again in the future. Thank you for making our visit so nice.

The Hilton, Ealing is exactly what you would expect from them, friendly welcoming staff offering a warm chocolate cookie, clean and tidy rooms and a Nespresso coffee machine to boot. The car park has plenty of space (£10 per night but secure with cameras). The really good thing about this hotel (for folks arriving from the west especially) is how easy it is to get to. Straight down the M4 to it's end, onto the busy North Circular for just a couple of miles and you are there. Additionally, the tube station (Ealing Common is a few minutes walk down the road where the Piccadilly and District lines go straight into central London without having to change. Tube ticket prices rose the weekend we were there so it is about £9 return to the Covent Garden, Leicester Square area. Earl's Court is about 20 mins direct on the way into the city. Currently there is a weekend offer available which is the icing on the cake!
