Spent 2 nights here and found everything excellent. A bit expensive for a budget chain but then it is very conveniently situated close to a tube station. There are plenty of restaurants in the area and the meal we had in the hotel was also very good. The staff in the hotel were extremely friendly and helpful - everything was spotlessly clean. Considering the location the hotel was amazingly quiet. The whole experience was enjoyable from start to finish.

My husband and I stayed here to attend a hospital appointment at the Royal Free hospital. From arrival to departure at the hotel I could not fault it. The staff were friendly informative, and couldnt do enough to help. The rooms were quiet which ensure a good nights sleep.
The meal deals offered were very good value. £22 for 3 course meal, glass of wine or beer or soft drink and full breakfast the next day. The food was cooked to a high standard, and the restaurant staff were attentive but not over powering.
If I have to travel to the hospital in the future I would have no hesitation in booking again.

This was my first time in a Premier Inn and I found it, as expected, a slight cut about other budget chains (Travelodge, etc). I have to say, though, so was the price. What I liked was that not only are they are relatively quiet hotel in a civilized part of the capital (Hampstead is reachable on foot), but they had a luggage room and 30 minutes free wifi - not services included at Travelodge. The desk staff were friendly and our room was small, clean and quiet - fine in effect. We did not have breakfast included, so I cannot speak about the food. Premier Inns are not luxury end accommodation, but if you want a fair basic standard, they do deliver.

Myself, partner and a friend stayed here for 2 nights and the staff were lovely, the bed comfortable and we all had a peaceful sleep. The location was perfect for Camden and Kentish Town where we spent most of our time.

Many fab restaurants in the area. We didn't choose to eat at the hotel but the food looked good.

First experience of a Premier Inn - not quite the bargain price we had been led to believe from all the advertising, but an enjoyable stay in a comfortable, clean, no frills room, very quietly situated at the back of the building, with spotlessly clean small bathroom. Very friendly front of house staff. Excellent location in Belsize Park (where we lived 30 years ago!). Would stay again.
