We stayed in a family room, 2 adults and 2 children, ages 13 and 15. There was one double bed and two extras, one was a foldable bedsofa. We had a room on the fourth floor, and it was really quiet, facing the parking.
The room was clean, well equipped with a kettle and tea/coffee. Soap and schampoo in the bathroom. The breakfast buffet was excellent and well worth the money. Eggs, toast, youghurts etc.
The only thing I could complain about is that when checking in, the lady at the desk did not see the price I was given by booking.com. 333 pounds for three nights. She stated 297 pounds. However when I showed her the booking confirmation she changed it at once.
The neighbourhood is really lovely, 15 minutes on subway to Leicester Square. Restaurants and shops nearby, a few just around the corner and if you walk up the hill you're in Hampstead, which is lovely and has lots of restaurants and shops.
