Have stayed in other Premier Inn's so from a room point of view you know what you are getting.
The rooms have always been comfortable and the beds perfect. As far as the rooms are concerned it can't be faulted.
Was expecting to see some check in machines at arrival to ease the getting to the room quickly process .. but alas there was not any so had to wait in a queue .. no great issue but after travelling would have been nice to get to the room quickly.
Would agree with some other comments regarding WiFi, would be great to have this free at all times rather than for 30 minutes.. other establishments do this and would be a very good addition.
Breakfast was a little disappointing .. a good fair selection, went for the cooked breakfast and found it fairly bland and quite greasy.. so would probably eat elsewhere if staying here again.
Despite all that .. the hotel is very comfortable and its location is fantastic .. very close to the tube and walking distance towards Hampstead or Camden Town .. plenty of things to do in the area and always felt safe. If you want a good location at a reasonable price for a comfy bed then this place would be ideal

First class all round! First class where cleanliness is concerned too.
Spacious and airy rooms, with individual thermostatic control for heating etc. Food was excellent - we ate dinner there on our first night - definitely no complaints at all :)

I would have said good if available. Staff friendly....rooms basic but clean and comfortable. Nice area of London. Close to Belsize tube station and the Royal Free Hospital. Breakfast ok..no melon..fruit all in one bowl and ok..some grapefruit in another bowl and not cold. Croissants cold (chewy)...although you can ask for them to be heated...should be heated anyway. All in all....ok for a budget hotel.

Room Tip: Probably all about the same...higher up for a better view.

I have stayed at this hotel before. It is always clean and usually relatively quiet, and the staff are very professional. My persistent complaint is with the WiFi, which must be paid for (after a 30 min. free period). The amount charged is too high in my opinion, and given that virtually all B&Bs provide free WiFi, I find it odd that hotels, which are generally more expensive, hit their guests with an additional charge for the WiFi.

Stayed for 2 nights had stayed previously and we were not disappointed again, its location is excellent especially near to Camden. It is 5 mins walk to Belsize tube past some lovely small cafe bars and restaurants and within easy walking distance of Hampstead village and its lovely small shops and coffee bars. Hampstead Heath is easily accessible as is all of London via Tube. Buy Oyster card as makes travel easier.

Good value hotel in a nice part of London - near Hampstead as well as Camden Town. Staff very nice - friendly and helpful. Open-air car park attached to the hotel which you can use for half price. Wasn't full - no trouble parking. We had an enjoyable stay here. It's a value chain hotel that gets the basics right - focusing on the importance of a good night's sleep. Would definitely recommend for this price range.

Just had 2 days here. Can't fault it. Great nights sleep and a superb breakfast. Just a stroll from Belsize tube and within walking distance of lots of good eateries. The only slight gripe is the cost of the parking at the hotel. £14 per day. Lovely feel to the area in north west London though.
