This was our 6th stay in London. We went to Premier Inn London Hampstead again: after two diverts to other hotels. This 4th stay at Premier Inn London Hampstead even surpassed our expectations: very very pleasant staff and very clean rooms and beds.

My friend and I stayed here over the las few days and it is in fact my second stay. My reason for returning and for intending to return again is largely it's location. It's so handy for Kings Cross station and minutes away from Belsize Park tube station. It's a short walk from the lovely Hampstead and Prmrose a Hill areas and also close by to busy Camden Town.

The hotel itself is basic but functional but is generally fine and comfortable. We had a bit of an issue with the air conditioning which left our room too hot to sleep in but was fine on the 2nd night.

Breakfast was varied and enjoyable.

Room Tip: Choose a room away from the roadside although under normal circumstances noise insulation us to a go...

Stayed one night whilst visiting friends in north London. Didn't fancy the long drive back to Wandsworth on a Saturday night. Premier inn is excellent value . This mornings rain put us off going into Hampstead for breakfast so ate at the hotel. We were surprised at how good the food was. I expected it to be low quality but could not have been more wrong. The staff make the place.Every single member of staff we came across were so helpful and friendly. Much better service than some expensive hotels I have stayed in in the past. Rooms were spotless, OK the rooms look a bit tired but really couldn't fault it for cleanliness and service.

When we go to London we always stay at the Premier Inn Hampstead. we like to drive and the access from the north is a plus factor along with the reasonable charge for car parking. The hotel itself is functional but clean and comfortable; the staff are friendly and welcoming and the breakfast is always good. the area itself has much to offer and the travelling in and across London is very convenient.

Stayed here for two nights for my 6 year old daughters first proper visit to the capital. Location ideal with a 2 minute walk to the tube then a 15 minute tube to the centre. Reception staff very nice upon arrival giving my daughter an activity pack and very helpful throughtout stay. Room was very nice and clean as you expect with premier with good working air con and the beds were very comfy and had two good night's sleep, also no problems with external or internal noise. We ate in the attached restaurant on the first night utilising the excellent value meal deal(2 courses, drink(STILL NO OPTION OF CIDER!!) & breakfast) and generally the food was good except the quality of steak was not great, could probably of done with a couple more staff on but the three that were there did their best. Breakfast was of normal high standard. We were really happy that we were able to leave our bags safely at the hotel after checking out on friday morning to save us carrying them around all day as we were not getting a train until 8.20 in the night and was easy to pop back and get them. Overall Excellent.Thank You

Room Tip: We were in 217 and all very good.

Thank you for your comments on your stay with us at London hampstead Premier Inn.
Our carparking is priced competively with the local area and we do have enough spaces for the hotel. I am sorry if you feel that this is too expensive.

We recently spent three nights at the hotel while visiting friends in the area and London. This is our second time to stay here. The staff are really helpful and friendly with a special mention for Roberto who works in the restaurant and was so friendly and efficient. The rooms are basic enough but very clean and the beds are very comfortable. The hotel is a two minute walk from Belsize tube station.
