We have stayed at Sloane Square Hotel for the third time last week and as always the overall experience was perfect. The rooms are very comfortable, location is great, everyone is very friendly and helpful. This time we received a present for being a regular customer which surprised and delighted us very much. We will certainly go back as soon as possible.

Room Tip: Rooms with a park view are precious.

We stayed at Sloane Square Hotel during the Chelsea Flower Show. It was perfectly located for us. Many restaurants and good shopping in the area. Communications are excellent. We had a superior room and it was smaller than it said on their website. We managed to change to another room and it was slightly bigger than the first one. The hotel is rather stylish, and staff is OK, but I think the main point is the location. I would stay there again because of this.

Situated perfectly in Sloane Square, ideal for shopping and dining on Kings Road. Nice walk through the idyllic streets of Chelsea through to Buckingham Palace. Room itself was a little small but nice, bed one of the comfiest I've ever slept in. Would stay again, you pay for location.

Room Tip: Ask for room that looks out in to Sloane Square

Sloane Square is the heart of Chelsea and Kensington, my favourite place in London. The Sloane Square hotel is a perfect small hotel in a fantastically convenient position. We loved our beautifully appointed 2nd floor room with a window seat overlooking the Square. I can't think of anywhere I'd rather stay when in London... But then I was born and brought up within half a mile of here so staying here is like coming home.

I just love this part of London; the beautiful architecture, the great shopping on Kings Road plenty of cozy pubs and restaurants and good bus connections to SoHo, Piccadilly, Notting Hill....
Rooms are not large, but clean and comfortable and with a nespresso coffee maker in your room - nice!
My only critique is the missing WiFi in the rooms, no available WiFi in hotel rooms in 2014 that is just NOT ok.

Glad you enjoyed our great location - there is so much to see and do around the Sloane Square area. Apologies for the loss of the complimentary Wi-Fi during your stay - the issue has now been fixed. Furthermore we plan to upgrade our system in the coming weeks to provide an even better service. We look forward to your next visit.

We booked this hotel hoping for a true London boutique hotel experience. Unfortunately nothing went right from check-in to check-out. The water was not running properly on my floor due to renovations, yet they said that it was a club room, and charged me an extra 50 Euros per night at check in because they considered it an upgrade. I was asked to use a lower priced room the next day just to have water, however they would not remove the upgrade charge. I did get moved to a new room the 2nd night and this room also had multiple plumbing problems. In addition, for $400 US $ per night, I did not get a closet for my clothes but rather a pole placed at the back of the room. The only positive for the hotel is a central location.

We stayed at Sloane Square to celebrate our 10th anniversary. The staff was aware of this and made ou stay extra special.
We received a nice, personalised anniversary card and a little gift upon arrival.
Sloane square is a wonderful location with the metro station next door. It is not on the main lines, but just one station away from Victoria.
Staff at the hotel is very friendly and helpful. Also the staff at cote, the restaurant where the breakfast is organised is very nice, international and helpful.
We chose a room at the side of the square, in full knowledge that this side would be relatively noisy. In the end, this was not a big problem, but sets of ear plugs were available in the room anyway.
The choice of breakfast ( continental or 7 other types of breakfast) was a very nice extra.
For us, it was a very special experience.

Sloane Square was designed in 1771 and named after Sir Hans Sloane (1660 – 1753). The property has been a 4 star hotel since 1900. Chelsea has always been at the heart of fashionable London and became world famous during the 1960s as the centre of swinging London. In fact the Beatles frequently stayed in the hotel which was then called The Royal Court. In 2005/6 the hotel was completely renovated and reopened as Sloane Square Hotel.
