Nice hotel located in a good neighbourhood which I find safe to walk around. It may not be too central but it is close to the museum areas. The staff was helpful but there were very limited parking available in the hotel. It was fine for us as we find parking spaces on the streets. We stayed on the first floor but it was not noisy at all.

Very well located, fronte desk staff is very gentle. Good for families. I would only recommend for the hotel to replace the sofa beds. It is very uncomfortable, even for kids.
Cleanliness is good, but full service only every other day.
I would stay again.

I expected a better room, with more natural light and a TV in the mezzanine room.
The second bed (sofa) was quite uncomfortable. The mattress very thin.
The dishwasher doesn't work and the tap in the kitchen only has hot water. It was impossible to wash anything.
The TV channel were boring.
The best is the location.

Room Tip: The room for 4 people (duplex) doesn't have TV in the mezzanine room. Our view to Gloucester Ro...

Perfect & convenient location with well equipped, but small, rooms - fine if you are out sight seeing most part of the day. All amenities we required were provided for & staff were friendly & most helpful. We did have trouble with one of the 2 hot water taps in the room but the issue was dealt with timeously.

We had a great seven night stay at the Citadines Prestige Apartments. We rented a twin suite for our two teenagers and an executive suite for ourselves. Both were very spacious with lots of closet space. The rooms were modern with new furnishings and kitchen appliances. The rooms were very clean and we really liked having hardwood floors instead of carpet. Beds were very comfortable. Rooms were very quiet because there was a door separating the main room and the hallway so it was very nice for sleeping. Great A/C. The bathrooms were very large compared to other hotels we have stayed at in London. Plus the shower had a curtain which others hotels have not. The hotel also provided a hair dryer.

The location was great too. Only five minutes from the Underground. Lots of restaurants, cafes, and shops nearby. Short walk to Kensington Palace and Hyde Park. The Mediterranean restaurant in the hotel was great. Neighborhood was very nice and seemed very safe.

A few negatives: WiFi was free (positive) but service was sporadic in the rooms. The download speed was fine (15 mbps) but upload speed (.5 mbs) was very poor. Although I was able to get work done, at times the WiFi was unusable. Another negative was that the coffee machine was broken during most of our stay. So instead of free coffee everyday we had to go out. Also, there was a safe in the twin suite but not the executive suite.

The biggest negative of our stay was the Light of India restaurant down the street. Worst Indian food ever. Service was not very good either. Stay away from the Light of India.

Stayed there for a week. Had a nice mezzanine room, which was very clean. Both the cleaning staff and the staff in reception were very nice and helpful. The beds were ok, not the best, not the worst.
However, I did miss one thing and this is the reason for the 4 stars and not 5 ... the water in the tap was only lukewarm and there was no dishwasher in the kitchen.Thames water had some troubles which affected the cold water while I was there and the hotel distributed information that this could affect the use of dishwashers so apparently some rooms have it. A bit disappointing that what they describe as their best room doesn't have it then. I used a mug one day and left it on the table and meant to wash it before putting it in the cupboard. I found it dirty in the cupboard in the evening (the cleaning lady must've put it there) and after that I bought disposable plates, cutlery and cups. So heads up: If no dishwasher boil some water and wash everything you want to use in the cupboards or buy disposable.

Apart from the dishwasher/dirty dishes, everything was very clean and I would probably stay again. And also: Very very good wifi connection, at least in my room, the best I've every come across in a hotel.

We stayed for 5 nights with two children, and although the location was perfect the rooms were quite small compared with other serviced apartments. The staff however were very friendly and helpful. The only other negative was the WIFI not working well in the rooms, although it was fine in the lobby.
