Impeccable service in a boutique hotel located on a quiet street, yet in the midst of Knightsbridge. We were upgraded to a fantastic suite, which of course influenced our stay. Everything was perfect -- decor, beds, view, noise level. We would definitely return

I chose the Knightsbridge Hotel as it was close to where I was getting married in Chelsea and I had stayed at several other Firmdale Hotels before and loved them. I had been assured when I made the booking that I would have a room with a room right next door for my 2 bridesmaids to stay in and be close for the morning of the wedding. When I checked in the room I was given did not have the bridesmaids room next door. After the staff could see I was very upset they immediately rallied and found me another beautiful room with a lovely room opposite for my bridesmaids. All the staff were very caring and friendly, especially one of the bellboys. I can highly recommend the hotel for its location, service and decor and would definitely stay here again.

Room Tip: Top floor rooms are lovely and quiet.

The Knightsbridge is the very best luxury B&B in London and service was near perfect this time. Especially the concierge team is perfect.

The rooms are very well kept and spotless - best housekeeping in London! Even laundry was perfectly done.

The only thing you miss here is a restaurant for breakfast. During the afternoon and evening the library and honesty bar is just perfect.

The adress is maybe not the hottest in London, but you do have Harrods and Harvey Nichols just around the corner as well as the V&A museum, Natural history museum and Science museum.

We had the good fortune to find this hotel some weeks after it opened over 10 years ago and it continues to be our first choice hotel in London years later. We have stayed on several occasions but never took the time to write a review. Our recent 3 night visit for the Olympics were as pleasent as ever. My thanks to the Danish manager and all the staff for yet again putting up with the 3 and 5 year old and their scooters. The newly refurbished junior suite 204 was beautiful. Will be back soon

It was the first time that I stayed in this hotel and I really appreciated the professional attitude and kindness of staff, from the moment they opened the door for me to get in. The hotel is very British classic in the structure, modern in the details. Rooms are big enough and there is everything you need for your stay: nice color combination used in rooms for wallpaper, armchairs and bedlinen give to the classic ambience of the room a very updated touch with taste and class. Being a GoldSmith member with Mr & Mrs Smith I've been treated with the adequate courtesy. They immediately provide me for all explanation and complimentary gifts that you would expect. A little improvement? Yes there is. The welcome champagne bottle you receive as a member must be improved – better to offer a good bottle of wine than a mediocre champagne. But if you don't bother about the champagne make the hotel is absolutely fab – highly recommended.

A quintessentially English hotel, tucked away behind Harrods in a quiet leafy cul-de-sac is The Knightsbridge Hotel. The decor is cosy and English, yet modern and not tired. An inviting fireplace beckons from Reception into the lounge where you can take afternoon tea. I stayed in a double room, which was small but comfortable. The bathroom was spacious with a view of the twinkling Harrods chimney. Breakfast was tasty and served promptly in my room. The staff were super friendly and didn't have the surliness that you sometimes experience in London hotels. The price isn't cheap but the location is great for those wanting to explore the city. I travelled on business but it would be a lovely hotel for a romantic getaway or a city break with friends. There is no gym on location, which I would have liked, but Hyde Park is a short jog away.

What a gem !! Hidden away in a square only steps away from Harrods, who would have thought that such a peaceful area exists in the middle of the bustling city ?? Our suite was absolutely gorgeous and the room service is faultless: we had an exquisite late supper in our room. I nearly forgot to mention the warm welcome at reception ! Pure bliss indeed !!
