Stayed here for one night on a Ticket line theatre break. Good hotel. Only had breakfast which was enjoyable. Bathroom a bit small and my Husband couldn't use the shower as he is unable to step into the bath which was quite high off the floor, apart from this no problems. Would use this hotel again.

I'm absolutely disgusted with the room I was given in the hotel.
Two adults in a 4ft bed. That's not even a double size. Plus it comes out of the wall so not even a real bed. Two kids might manage but two adults.
Reception are not interested. After all I have paid they will never get my business again. I should have know better than to book with Timeshare people.
The rest of the hotel looks fine but this room is a joke.
A Travelodge is 10 times better and half the cost.

Room Tip: Don't book through Hotels.com as their descriptions are way off. This is nothing like the Superi...

All the staff were very friendly and always greeted us with a friendly Good Morning or Good Afternoon. The hotel was very clean.
When we went down for breakfast on the Sunday morning it was very busy but we only had a short wait before being seated, and we're served our tea very quickly. Getting the tea quickly is very important to us English. Even though it was busy the staff were not fazed and eveything ran smoothly. The quality of the food was very good.
Hotel location was perfect for us, close to the Bloomsbury theater and Regents Park.

Very nice hotel. The breakfast was superb and the staff professional and polite. The room was large with a nice large bed.
Close to madame Tussaud and the underground. Regent park is part of the neighbourhood.

All though this hotel is very nice to look at the check in desk seem to have no clue what is going on, after out long travel to London we then where given a room key where to our horror their was some already in this room with all trot belongs! We where given another room but no option to upgrade just an apology with a bowl of fruit.

Dear Darren L,

Thank you for sharing your comments with all the Tripadvisor users!

It is true that we have the chance to be located in a historical building in central London and we are delighted to read that our facilities were to your complete satisfaction in combination with the hotel services.

London is well known for its elegance and its warm welcoming. Experience it personally at our Longford’s Bar, typical British decoration where you can enjoy a big selection of English teas, or an inviting large choice of spirits and cocktails.

We are looking forward to welcome you back soon!

The main advantages of this hotel is:
- location! Very close from 2 tube station and there are a lot of bus stops in different directions
- breakfeast. The same every day, but with a good selection of food: fruits, vegetables, omletes, baking, juices etc.
Staff is very freindly and helpfull. I arrived to the hotel very early, but my room was ready and it was very pleasanr after long way. I was booked standart single room. It's has normal size, with large bathroom, very comfortable bed! Cleaning every day. But there ii a little bit cold in room, especcially in bathroom! Old windows don't protect against noise and cold. it was ok for spring, but in winter it will be a problem I think.
And the great problem in melia White house is WIFI! It's does not work, at all in room! only in lobby, but not always. This unucceptable for such hotel with a high price! Do something!!!!
