This hotel is in a great location in relation to many of London's great attractions. The hotel itself provides excellent service, the staff are extremely friendly and the food is good quality. We got a great rate for this hotel as part of a theatre package and would definitely stay here again.

We stayed here for 4 nights at the end of extended trip in the UK. We opted for a room upgrade which was fantastic. The rooms are not huge but neither are they too small. After all, it is London so space is a premium.
The checkin guy was very friendly and helpful as we're the concierge. The location is spot on with Regents Park right next door for a stroll, run, whatever. Across the road and you are straight into Marylebone with fantastic restaurants. It is a bit of a walk to Oxford St but my wife and I love to burn off some energy and take in the sights from the pavement. Soho is close by too. But if walking is not your thing then there are tube stations straight across the road from the hotel
Cheers guys, great stay

Rooms are small but as we were only sleeping in there it was fine if you were looking to spend a lot if time in your room then I think you would need something bigger. Very clean and staff were great although checking in and out there were was long wait times!! Drinks in the hotel bar were expensive but no more than anywhere else in London, beds were very comfy and location was fantastic would certainly go back!

We have just returned from the Melia White House and were very well looked after during our stay. The Hotel itself is luxurious and convenient for many London Tube lines making it perfect for anyone trying to get around in London.

Our room would benefit from better soundproofing however you are in the centre of London ! If you want a quite hotel go to the country. The room itself was very well appointed. Good Tea and Coffee facilities in the room, good TV if you wanted it. Breakfast was delicious and plenty of choice and the staff were at the usual high standards for a Melia.

We will certainly use this again on our trips to London

This Spanish owned hotel is well located for any visit to the West End. The staff are without exception energized and helpful. A large comfortable bar is open all day for both drinks and food whilst other restaurants are also available for more formal eating. Rooms are well maintained and comfortable. With competitive prices, this hotel is worthy of serious consideration for a London stay.

Recently came back from a week holiday in London and stayed at this hotel. I was pleased with the service, food and amazing location to the sights using the oyster pass. Outstanding kudos goes to Mark Kis at the concierge desk for his patience. He assisted us in explaining how to get to sight seeing locations via bus and subway, and more importantly empathized when we missed our tour bus at one location and liaised with the tour company to assist us in getting on a substitute tour. I would definitely come back to this hotel.
