On a whole, you get what you pay for. Fortunately we weren't in the room that much. The place on a scale of 1-5 is a 1.5. A place to rest your head and clean yourself. The catering equipment was basic to say the least and the place was stuck together with masking tape. Gold help us if there was a fire as the rooms were so squeezed together I am surprised they passed fire safety regulations. Rude staff (apart from the 2 ladies that were on reception) and generally a bit of a disappointment. The only nice thing in the room was the TV and the french style shutter, however this authentic looking piece of art deco interior was seemingly because they couldn't fit a proper door on! On a whole the stay was OK. Wouldn't go back next year.

Room Tip: shop around - the rooms look nothing like the photos which are very misleading!

The whole place was clean and tidy needs to be fixed up a bit due to general wear and tear.
This room was in the basement but would and intend to stay there again and don't mind if its the same room as it was comfy and more than adequate, the bed could be a little wider but me and my wife slept well for the four nights we were there.
The Shower was big enough for use although I am hoping they fix it as the big shower head wasn't working properly but the normal one worked well and the pressure was good.
Yes the place is small but I do not have a complaint about the size.
It can get a little cold in the Kitchenette and shower room due to the single glazing in the Kitchenette but the bedroom stayed warm without the heating being on the whole stay.
The kitchenette had a Microwave and a ceramic hob to cook, a small very adequate fridge freezer and a kettle, the sink was easy to use although it would be nice to have had some washing up liquid supplied to clean the supplied cups, glasses, plates, bowls and cutlery but a quick trip to the Tesco's a couple of minutes away and less than a £1 spent that was rectified.
The kitchenette comes with 2 dinner plates, two smaller plates, two bowls, two cups and saucers, two knifes, forks, spoons and teaspoons plus a saucepan and a frying pan.
The cups could be bigger maybe replaced with mugs I bought one for 70p in Tesco, but I ws very happy with my stay regardless of the small updates needed.

Other than the great location of the hotel, the room was disgusting....
The room was tiny, there was barely space for one person to get out of the bed, and floor was the dirtiest I have ever seen. The pictures on the website are not even close to 10% of the real thing. Toilet was tiny, and there was no shower facility....

Great location, but can't believe the website....
The room is terrible with glum atmosphere, the toilet and shower was tiny. Dirty and dingy floor and paint peeling off from the wall. Feel completely disappointed with our stay and they are absolutely falsely advertising the hotel and rooms. Horrible, horrible room and not value for money at all.

Really good, adequate basement room, not fancy but clean. Enough space, but compact. A bargain at £50. Very friendly and helpful staff. A good base for visiting Central London. No car parking, but managed to get overnight free on a parking meter spot nearby.

The price and the facilities of my appartment was a great deal. We had a small room that looked very cute. Kitchen was in the same room with our bed, but wasn't such a bad thing! Toilet was nice and small! The housekeeping was cleaning our room every 2 days... I won't also forget the the receptionist named Surinder Singn that was very very very helpful to everything we asked for. I think he is the best guy I have ever met in a reception! Profesional and cute!
