“Quaint , location at the entrance of Burlington Arcade”
Reviewed 23 September 2013

Great place for tea and a St Honore pistachio treat. Only a few tables in the passageway outside the little store painted gold with room for no more than a couple of people inside. Pleasant service and delicious macarons too. Most people stop only to take pictures as the locals find it pricey.

“Poor omelet”
Reviewed 10 September 2013

At Laduree in Covent Garden we found the omelets to be pathetic. You get much better ones for a fraction of the price at any brasserie in Paris. The manager was embarrassed by our disappointment, and gavE us 4 macaroons, which were quite good.

“SUPERB - quality and prices high!”
Reviewed 26 August 2013

Absolutely love the quality and flavours of products here, the teas are a treat too. Feel it is expensive but enjoyable, find it hard to walk past without buying in or taking home. Also treated myself to some of their candles which were lovely but think they have now discontinued them. Service is hit and miss depending on team.

“Nice Experience but Over Priced”
Reviewed 20 August 2013

Have been to Laduree a few times in Harrods. Its a lovely experience if you love all things girlie but the customer service is quite poor considering the price of the menu (they always seem to forget to give you milk with your tea!).

“Dissapointing”
Reviewed 25 May 2013

After trying Jean Paul Hevin in Paris and Pierre Herme in London, Laduree was just ok.

Tried chocolate and choc/coconut and found both to be forgettable. The vanilla was nice, but I would prefer to return to Pierre Herme at Selfridges for their crime brûlée macaron.
