“Amazing day out of london”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 28 February 2012

What a great idea, train down to the countryside, very professional, lots of knowledge of the area and great company.
Well organised and helpful.
Went on a trek across Arundel and finished in a pub tasting ales, couldn't think of a better Sunday!
Perfect trip to meet other like minded people.
Stopped on a lovely hill with great view to have our packed lunches and take some photos then along rivers and forests, with other stops along the way to have a quick snack and sip of water and to chat about the area we are in.
Would highly recommend this company, they do other tours around the uk, if your visiting London for a few days this is a great way to see the countryside you probably never have known was there.

“Amazing Day Out!”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 27 February 2012

I really loved my day out with UK Wild Adventures, it was perfect in every way, from the collection at Victoria Station to the atmosphere on the hike and right down to the beer tasting at the end of the day. I want to thank Paul for making what could have been a typical Sunday in London into a fantastic, beautiful day out on the South Downs. Well worth it.

“Second trip with UK Wild Adventures - just as fantastic as the first!”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 7 February 2012

Having already been on the Ups & Downs walk in July - a perfect hike out over the South Downs Way, ending in the beautiful village of Alcester; I didn't hesitate to join Paul and Steph who are the most wonderful hosts on another trip..The Ashridge Estate Wine Trail. Glorious scenery, fabulous company and a fascinating two hours in the vineyard. I shall be definitely going on another UK Wild Adventure and highly recommend anyone else to!

“Fantastic Day Out!”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 15 January 2012

I bought my friend the wine & walking tour for her birthday - hoping it would be something a little different to the usual presents you tend to recieve.

We had a fantastic day in the Herfordshire countryside. The trip was really well managed by Steph and Paul, from meeting at Euston station to arriving back after a fab day out.

We walked for about 5k or so I guess stopping for a picnic lunch on a picturesque hill with great views all around. Then we went to a small family run vineyard and sat tasting some fab wines and then had a tour around with the owner. Followed by a short walk to a pub on the canal to have a well earned drink and ploughmans lunch. The pub was fabulous - lots of flavoured ciders to sample. After a few drinks and food Steph rounded us all up for our train journey back into town.

Steph and Paul are a great couple with a real enthusiasm for life and adventure. They also have some great tales to share having travelled and worked in many different areas of the world.

I hope to be able to join more of their trips this Summer and heartily recommend a UK Wild Adventures Day Trip to anyone wanting to escape town for the day and have a fun day out.

this trip was so amazing from start to finish
this was steph first solo trip so hands up to you hon!!!great day
we hiked up gorgeous cliff with amazing views of the coast(with steph herding us on as i was one of the stragglers!)
kayaking was hilarious. from me (who never kayaked before) paddling around in circles, to gail getting stuck on the rocks to someone else tipping over in the sea!!!
hilarious fun filled day, with pints at the end of tiring but exhilarating day.
enjoyed it so much!!
one tip for first timers when your are told to use bathroom now or forever hold - do it!!! we're out in nature folks there are only so many pit stops.
