6 of us stayed here for our daughter's 18th Birthday weekend celebrations.
What can I say - spotless, unbelievably located, very well equipped and spacious property.
Perfectly suited our needs and much better value than 3 hotel rooms for 3 nights in the centre of London!
Wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.
Thank you for the excellent communication and quick reply to all my questions.
Oh, and it even has it's own parking space!!!
We had a great stay in Flat 1. Central location with easy access. Would have rated an excellent, if the refrigerator had a freezer.
Just stayed with family of 7 for 4 nights over New Years
Plenty of room to spread out
Very comfortable...nice layout
Great facilities oven, stove, microwave, coffee machine, dishwasher & washing machine
Extra set of keys (3) would have been more convenient
Please note if staying over New Years residence wrist bands need to be sourced to get access to Craven Street
Overall it was a great stay
Was looking for Xmas flat for family of 6 and I chose this one because of the reviews. I have to say, the flat surpassed all of our expectations! It is really festive and cozy with lovely appointments and superb location. Check-in was smooth. Only two small complaints - the WIFI was intermittent and not strong (tough as we run our family business remotely) and the CO monitor beeped constantly. Otherwise - the flat is wonderful! The furnishings were nicely upscale - it's hard to tell from the pics how comfy and spacious the living room is - and the round spinner chair was a favorite! Nice TV - with a good collection of DVDs. The kitchen was fine (mind the steps) - we had XMAS dinner and another meal with London friends, and all worked out beautifully. Master bedroom suite is HUGE. Mid bedroom is small but adequate - a little musty in the closet. Bunk room was small, but served the purpose, and has a nice sky-light! The brick alcove is IN the flat downstairs with the bedrooms and bathrooms - and it is charming, with a mounted TV on the opposite wall. Building was very quiet - we didn't hear another resident in 8 days! Two awesome pubs super close - Ship and Shovel (Dickens' favorite) is adjacent, and the Sherlock Holmes is just steps away. Be sure to listen to the walking tour narration outside the door to hear about the quirky history of Franklin and Dickens on Craven St.! There is a binder in the flat with info and check-out instructions - they request that we empty all trash, strip the beds, and then mail the keys in a self-addressed enveloped. It gave a little concern as the address on the envelope did not match the one in the binder - but we followed through and are hoping for the best!
