Stayed just one night in this hotel.

My family of four people fits nicely in this one double plus two singlebeds -room. The room is ok, but nothing really spectacular. Bathroom is ok, nice bamboo wood furnishings, even bamboo hardwood floor. The view is to the stations, St Pancras building is impressive!

Breakfast room/restaurant is really cool. Something unique. Large concrete slabs as tables, dark hardwood floors, really nicely done. So is the entrance lobby. This is certainly no chain hotel!

The staff is very friendly and effective. The breakfast was very good but we did nit have dinner at the hotel.

I am not very knowledgeable of London´s Hotels price/what you get -ratio, but what I paid for a night at Seven Apart seemed like a fair price.

King´s Cross and St Pancras rail and tube stations are across the street. Bus to Oxford Circus and Oxford Street/Regent Street (that is pretty much the tourist´s city centre of London) takes about 10 minutes.

In addition to the hotel, there are apartments in another building. Some 200 metres away, we saw one but did not stay in it. That one had a kitchen and the room was overall... very boutique!

If I remember correctly, the interior design was done by the owner´s wife. Excellent job, especially the common areas!
Yes. I can recommend Seven Apart.

Excellent location and value for money. It's about 10 minutes walk from the King's Cross tube station which gives you access to the rest of London. Bus connectivity is also close. The room was large by London standards and tastefully furnished. Amenities were new and well maintained. Being an "aparthotel", there is no room service (which is not really required) but people at the desk are very friendly and efficient. Free wifi is an added advantage. We stayed there for a week (as a family including 2 teenage girls) and we all loved it. I would strongly recommend Seven Apart.
There are 2 minor suggestions. 1. A towel rack would be very convenient in the shower area. Towels could be reused if a rack was available. 2. Soap dish at the wash basin. However, this does not affect our overall opinion.

Location was perfect..tube stop right down the street and train station further down the road. Because of the proximity to the train stations, eating areas (at least the grab and go type) are plentiful. Facilities were brand new, apartment was immaculate. We stayed on the first floor apartment with 4 pax in our party. Apartment was private (with the exception of the shower facilities which had no door to separate the master bedroom from the shower area). We checked in to the Megaro down the street and the receptionist went out of her way to help us... She even rode with us in our van to make sure we knew where the apartment was (although it is literally right on the next block over). The apartment was also very roomy and the bed comfortable. Shower facility was great--my husband raved about the shower. I highly recommend this apartment for families or anyone wanting to stay at a brand new apartment.

Really want to keep this gem a secret, but its too good not to share with you! Stayed here for four nights in January and the apartment was first class;clean, bright and spacious, very nice furniture and fittings. Check in and out takes place at Megaro hotel (a minute from the apt). The staff at Megaro were friendly and efficent and accompany you to the apartment when checking in. The apartment is finished to a very high standard (Villeroy and Boch sanitary ware; on tap boiling water). The apartment was serviced daily with fresh towels, Gilchrist and Soames toillettres and fresh milk. Location is excellent only two minutes from Kings Cross and St.Pancreas stations. Plenty of take out places for coffee, fastfood, two minutes walk away. There is a M&S food among other deli/coffee shops in St.Pancreas station. We also ate at a very nice Tapas place (Camino), which was five minutes from apartment. Our first impression of the area around the train station wasn't great ( a few shady characters) but having spent four days there I would without doubt return and recommend. A real find!

I stayed at the Seven Apart, which is part of Megaro Hotel (down a block from hotel) for a month. These apartments are absoutely beautiful. I saw 4 different models and each one just a little different with its own style. No two are alike. The apartments were just finished in December 2010 and they are beautiful. The hotel service is perfect and very personal. The apartments are private (only 7 or 8 in bldg) safe and great location. Kings Cross gets a little shady at night, but tolerable. It is worth the great central location. The Megaro resturant also has good service and good food. I can't thank them enought for making me some food after closing as I arrived exhausted from work late one night. I would definately reccomend and stay again. My 5 colleagues would probably tell you the same.

Room Tip: Ask if the room has a pullout couch, most do.. but not all.
