We have stayed in Premier Inn Greenwich with two kids (10 and 12) in family room for 5 nights. The room was clean, everything worked well, however it was quite small for the family. Anyway it did not matter as we were all day long away. We enjoyed the stay and breakfast.

My wife and I checked in here for 2 nights are part of moving countries (UK-Hong Kong), the team couldn't have done enough for us, including larger room (we had 12 bags), late checkout and a sack barrow to help move our bags ! Type of service you expect in a 5 star, not at a Premier Inn on a more economical budget ! Thank you all. Room 508 (30th June - 2nd July).

One of the well known hotel chain which promises a good nights sleep. This one came up trumps. Lovely comfy bed with choice of pillows and a duvet that (for a change) really did keep us warm. Nice room, very clean if a little basic and quiet, no traffic noise. This Premier Inn has its own underground car park, at extra cost, but on street parking is very limited. Breakfast is extra but eat as much as you like and there is a choice of coffees, teas etc. altogether, an excellent place to stay. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Room Tip: Bring your own loo brush!

Stayed here on a recent weekend stay over in London with the purpose of meeting old friends from mainland Europe and looking around Greenwich/Maritime Museum and Observatory. Wasn't expecting the quality or service which I observed/received. As good as anywhere I've stayed. Simple and excellent check-in service. The staff were helpful and friendly and the room very clean and of high standard. Great location for getting a round, not just the immediate area but also into the heart of London city itself (by train). Recommend this place. Wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Room Tip: To get the best rate, book well in advance.

I have stayed in many Premier Inns over the years and this easily scores number 1 for customer experience. Every interaction I had with a team member was outstanding whether it was check in/out, restaurant etc - I felt everyone went the 'extra mile' and they were genuinely customer focused. We had the meal deal which I believe was great value as there were no restrictions on choices from the menu - the buffet breakfast was particularly good. For the price paid in a good London location this one is hard to beat!!!

Would highly recommend this hotel and the restaurant, will be back, family too. So see you all soon.

Room Tip: Ask for a quiet room away from the noise of the traffic.

Good welcome, warm staff, room well planned had all we needed. Very comfy bed - we both slept really well. Bar and dining areas welcoming. Full marks to all staff though, without exception, they were friendly and most helpful to us. We were on 6th floor and there was no noise. Could get to London easily from Deptford Bridge DLR station (5mins away).
