Stayed here for one Saturday night, check in was poor due to not finding our booking and check in lady was not very polite. Eventually was all checked in after 10 mins. 7th floor.. not really high enough for views... Probably want to be on floors 10-14. Not sure I would go back. But glad I tried it.

We had a two night break at Grange Tower Bridge. We were visiting family and going ouit a lot of the time but it was always great to have such a comfortable base to return to. We made full use of the leisure facilities which are second to none. The rooms are very well furnished with a full ensuite bathroom and very thick curtains. Lovely towels in the rooms and the leisure centre. Very well-equipped gym which is free for guests to use. We were on a special two night break deal but we did not partake of breakfast as it was £20 per head. However, there is a Wetherspoons nextdoor where several guests went for meals. We were attending a medieval banquet at St Katherine's Dock so it was just a short stroll back to the hotel. (highly recommended). Service is excellent and lifts are high speed. I would recommend this hotel for a touich of luxury in a great location.

Room Tip: The higher the room, the better the view. All rooms are sound proof and luxurious.

We have stayed here before and found it a little noisy. So this time we requested a quiet room. And quiet room was what we got. It was just what we wanted. Thank you. Rooms are very nice, not particularly spacious but fine. Shower, once you get to grips with it is powerful and refreshing. Quiet, unobtrusive staff. Had good rest there. Only quibble is that its a bit far away from some of the action so you will need tube/taxis. Tube was a nightmare on occasions but having said all that we will return to this hotel. It offers good value for such a high quality establishment.

Stayed two nights via last minute.com £218.00,no issues nice room,Wetherspoons twenty paces away probably takes most of their bar and eating trade, complementary water would have been good,a very good four star can't see how it gets a five star rating, would come again.

This hotel is difficult to describe as everything about it is so good. The service was exceptional. The food was amazing and the rooms were spacious and extremely comfy and clean. It is located about a 5 minute walk from the Tower of London, and around a twenty minute stroll from city hall. I can not recommend this hotel enough. The only regret we had was being able to spend more time here and use the gym and spa facilities.

I stayed at this hotel for a weekend break with my sisters and parents.
Overall, we all enjoyed our stay at the hotel; we found our rooms to be very nice and comfortable and the staff were always very helpful and friendly.
The location is good, near the tube and walking distance to the Tower of London.

I shared a twin room with my sister and while the room was lovely, the 'twin' beds were actually two separate mattresses on a double bed - this was fine for us, but might be a bit too close for what some might like from a twin room. Bottles of drinking water were not provided which I would expect in a 5 star hotel.

We arrived in the afternoon and grabbed a late lunch in the bar before we headed out - the food was really lovely and based on that decided to have breakfast there the next morning. Unfortunately breakfast wasn't so successful, our scrambled eggs were completely inedible. In fairness to the management, they dealt with this in a very satisfactory manner.

Another glitch was when I asked the concierge to help organize a taxi to a restaurant we had booked. Where he sent us was completely wrong and ended up costing us an extra £15 in taxi fares to get to the right location.
Another issue is the lack of lifts - there are only 2 and at busy times the wait for a lift can be quite long.

I would consider this hotel more of a 4 star, but overall it was good for a weekend break.
