Executive room on 14th floor for 2 adults and 2 teens. Great view of the Shard and Gherkin- oldest teen wouldn't go to bed as reluctant to "waste" view! Pool great and not too busy. Room luxurious and well finished. Really enjoyable stay which was made by the skyline so may not have been so pleased had we had lesser view. All staff we met were efficient and pleasant. Breakfast expensive at £15/20 per head so not taken but lots of good options locally.
Unable to request view on booking so nearly went elsewhere but reception staff on arrival very accommodating fortunately!
