“Great location, close to everything! Lovely comfortable apartment”
Reviewed 6 April 2015 for a stay in March 2015

Jonathan responds quickly and all information given was very accurate. The start of our stay was trouble free, being met by Mark with excellent communication at all times. We didn't need to contact him during our stay but felt reassured that we would have no problem if needed to. Having a daughter on crutches meant a central location was essential (note there are stairs to the lift on first floor but this was manageable and we were aware of this before booking. The flat was not only comfortable and clean but also a minute or so walk from Oxford Street. We walked or went by bus from Oxford street to many tourist destinations with minimal hassle. There are lots of restaurants nearby and beautiful covent garden is only a 15min walk too. We had a wonderful time and would definitely rent this apartment again. It was perfect for our family (3 children -11,8,7).

“Cozy Stay in a Wonderful London Location”
Reviewed 21 September 2014 for a stay in May 2014

We loved staying in this flat. We felt instantly at home here and everything was quite comfortable. The location is fantastic with lots of great restaurants all around and easy access to the Underground. We can't wait to stay here again!

“So happy every time we came home to this apartment!”
Reviewed 28 July 2014 for a stay in May 2014

The owners of this apartment are absolute experts in making guests feel welcome and comfortable. We arrived here quite late at night, dishevelled and worn out from travelling, and were met by a charming young man who had made all the preparations, turned on the mood lighting and filled the vase with fresh flowers. Within a quarter of an hour all our woes were gone! Each room really is as beautiful as it looks in the photographs - and it's so relaxing to be surrounded by beautiful things when you come home at the end of a day's exploring. The spotless kitchen is unbelievably well equipped with top quality oven, utensils and lovely dinner set (and jauntily waving Queen in the window). All of the beds were comfortable with luxurious quilts, pillows and linen. We all enjoyed sitting back in the lounge room in the evenings watching the films we chose from the great collection here. The location is fantastic. It's just a few minutes walk to Goodge St and Tottenham Rd tube stations and around the corner from Oxford St. We enjoyed walks to Bloomsbury and the British Museum, Covent Garden theatres, Trafalgar Square and beyond. Around the apartment there are lots of good restaurants, pubs and shops including several supermarkets. We also organised for Sainsbury's to deliver groceries as we were spending two weeks in London. There are a few extra costs to be aware of but this one is absolutely worth paying for. When we get back to London (sigh) we will definitely try to stay in this lovely apartment again.

“An absolute gem”
Reviewed 19 December 2013 for a stay in December 2013

This apartment is absolutely charming. Perhaps not as upmarket as we had expected but the charm more than made up for it.

The location is perfect.

We will most definitely be back. Why would anyone bother staying in a hotel.

“Great London Location!”
Reviewed 10 November 2013 for a stay in September 2013

A very comfortable apartment in a fantastic location. British Museum, Covent Garden, Oxford St, Soho and much more were all easy walks. Also near to some great cafes and restaurants - we'd suggest Lantana just around the corner for morning coffee. Owner/manager were helpful and prompt when we had minor problems with washing machine.

“Everything you need and more.”
Reviewed 17 October 2013 for a stay in October 2013

Great location. Walking distance to under grounds. We used Tottenham Court Road station, only a 5-10 minute walk, because it had a ticket office. We needed the ticket office to get the oldest child a daily travel pass. We parked on Bedford Road, under the International Hotel for £18 per day. There is free on street parking from 6.30pm to 8.30am outside the apartment.
The apartment has a lift which is useful for bringing up bags. The facilities were great, we didn't use them because we were out sight seeing all the time, but there was everything you need to make yourself at home. We had 4 children and 2 adults and it didn't feel crowded. I'd be happy to live there, it was a really lovely apartment.

“Perfect way to spoil yourself whilst in London”
Reviewed 21 September 2013 for a stay in September 2013

Whilst things are a little bit pricy in London the locality, size, fixtures and service made this our best stay on our seven weeks through Western Europe - a perfect way to finish our trip. Why, because it is so close by foot and transport to all the major attractions around London and yet very quiet at night. Everything within the apartment was high quality and plentiful and all the small details were filled in, details which don't cost much but do make a difference when they have been taken care of.
The local area is so close to many good eateries and pubs including serving pastries and decent coffee though we still cooked in house on two of the 4 nights due to the facilities available.
Jonathon and Polina have nailed the setup here and that was evident to the lack of availability of the apartment. We were very lucky that the time we were to spend in London it was free - the only week free in a 6 month period.
We will most definitely stay here again but we will have to book a long way out to ensure it will be available.
