We booked just a few days before our trip and the selection of hotels in this price range was quiet limited and we were a bit worried about our choise. But we got happily surpised.
It's clean, nicely decorated, specially the entrance. The location is perfect for sightseeing (Soho/Oxford Str. is just 10 min walk away). But the best experience of the stay was Tessa, the perfect host for this small familiar B&B. She was amazing and made the whole place som much better. Howerver I will recommend you to book one of the larger rooms, not a two bed, it's just to small. Chill out in the small garden and njoy!

Another of the small hotels near the British Museum. A tight squeeze for my wife and two teenag children but we did not stay in the room unless to sleep. Works well for the visitor who are in London to see London and not to lounge around a hotel. Breakfast was excellent as was the hospitality of the managers. A nice sitting room where we could store our luggage was a bonus as was the Internet connection and ability to print boarding passes. Only complaint was that the sitting room (and Internet) closed at 10:30PM. A bit early for my taste.

This is quite a small hotel and therefore the rooms are small and the on-suite very tiny, BUT the place is beautiful and immaculately clean. The full English breakfast was beautifully cooked and presented. The staff were very friendly and helpful and I shall certainly stay in this hotel again when I next want to go to London for a theatre trip. The bonus was that theatreland and Covent Garden were only a short walk away.

Room Tip: The back of the hotel was quieter than the front

This is a great hotel with a central location, only about 20 minutes walk from kings cross and with buses linking to hotel to destinations all over central london. The couple who run the b+b were lovely, they couldn't help us enough and were very welcoming. The full english breakfast was great. I would definately stay in this hotel next time i visit london, and recommend it to any group of guests.
