the hotel was within walking distance of the sloan street and harrods so will recommend the room was great with all the gadgets the staff were helpful so will recommend. I would recommend finding a carpark as you can only park for 4 hours at the front of the hotel.

Dear Kabir H,

What a wonderful review you left for us! Thank you for taking the time to write this. I am so pleased that you enjoyed your stay with us and that you found our location so well situated!

For your information for next time you visit us there is a car park just around the corner from the hotel (called Q Park Pimlico) where you can park your car for a small fee! I do hope that means you will come back and see us again soon.

Kind regards,
Kristina

My daughter and I visited this hotel for afternoon which we had pre-booked.

The hotel was easy to find and only a short walk from Victoria Tube Station.

We were welcomed by staff and shown to our table, situated by the front window, which was excellent, as we could sit and watch the world go by!

The decor was lovely and the background music was playing at just the right volume, so as not to be inconvenient to the customer.

We didn't have to wait long for our afternoon tea delights to arrive, and we were told that we could order unlimited coffee which was nice to know, as had the staff member not said, we may have thought we could only have one cup of coffee.

The sandwiches, were delicate and fresh, with a selection of flavours, we also had some small cakes and a delicious scone each served with plenty of cream and jam.

We thoroughly enjoyed our experience, and would like to say how friendly all the staff were who dealt with us, I would definitely recommend afternoon tea at the Eccleston Square Hotel.

Dear Haychcee23,

I am absolutely delighted to hear that you enjoyed your afternoon tea! At only £18.50 per person we do believe that our offer is very competitive for London prices so it is lovely to hear that you and your daughter enjoyed yourselves!

Aren’t the scones delicious?! We hope that we can welcome you back soon, we also have our summer set menu is you ever want to drop by for some lunch or dinner!

Kind regards,
Kristina

My wife and I stayed here for two nights. The reception staff were excellent. The bed was fantastic and like nothing you've experienced before. The room was a little on the small side, but as we only wanted somewhere to sleep, it did the job!! If you get a chance though, upgrade from the City Double Room. The gardens were tranquil and made you feel like you was out in the countryside....within walking distance of the Victoria Station & Tube. We wouldn't hesitate to book here again. ENJOY!

Dear Carl P,

I am so pleased to read your review first thing on a Monday morning! Thank you for taking the time to write to us. I am thrilled to hear that you loved our Hastens beds! Did you know that this Swedish brand has been awarded the best bed in the world?!

That is fantastic news that you managed to make the most of the Eccleston Square Garden, it almost feels a bit like a secret garden as its so quiet inside!

Carl P, please come back and visit us soon!

Kind regards,
Kristina
