Brilliant location very central and close to lots of places of interest, also easy to find as London Eye next to it!! Check in completed on line day before so just had to check in on screen on arrival to get room keys(4) so really quick. Luggage storage NO air con only down side.

A very modern and clean budget hotel. The room was of a very good standard, very clean and bright. The bathroom was also clean and of a decent size. The hotel was easily reached by a number 59 bus from Kings Cross railway station. We chose this hotel quite simply because it was near the South Bank Centre where we were attending a concert but having stayed there we will definitely stay there again. We also enjoyed the South Bank/Waterloo area where there was always something going on and was not short of places to eat.

Loved the place from start to finish. We had a family room over looking the park, the room was very spacious, clean and tidy. You couldnt fault it. the most surprising thing was that even though the hotel was busy with the coming and going of vistor's, you didnt hear a sound when in your room, not a peep, so yes the advert is right, you really do get a good night sleep ready for the day ahead.

The location was spot on, right next to the Eye and within walking distance to many of the tourist attractions.

The staff were very attentive, nothing was too much trouble. With having 2 children, it was far easier to eat in the restraurant on both nights, again the staff were excellant and the food was fab. The best bit though was the breakfast. Even though we clearly joined everybody from the hotel at 8am, the buffett still worked like clockwork. The breakfast was amazing all food was piping hot and the kids loved the fact that they could help themselves, and they didnt get in the way of the hustle and bustle of the staff.

We would definitely stay here again, well done Premier Inn.

Stayed for three nights over the bank holiday and as always enjoyed our stay.
Had a meal in the restaurant on the Sunday evening and it was busy and although we didn't have to wait too long for our food ,the waitress kept apologising, when my husbands steak came it was a little undercooked for him so he asked for it to be cooked a little more again the waitress couldn't apologise enough and offered us a complimentary glass of wine.
On our final night my sleep was disturbed by a bleeping noise which I finally at 5am found was coming from the heater ,I managed to switch it off at the wall and only wish I'd found it earlier,on checking out I just mentioned it and was surprised when the receptionist went and told her manager who duly refunded our nights stay.So well done Premier Inn for honouring your good night sleep stay.
This was our fifth stay here and will be returning in August, wouldn't consider staying anywhere else in London, excellent location, comfortable clean ,good food and pleasant staff.

Best place to stay in London right on the South Bank. Book well in advance to enjoy being central to so much that London has to offer. Quiet, clean, secure. You know what you're getting with Premier Inn. We had a great Bank Holiday weekend stay here.

I have just returned from a weekend straying at The Premier Inn, County Hall, London. My daughters and I had two spacious, spotlessly clean rooms and the staff could not have been more helpful. We were able to leave our luggage, prior to obtaining our rooms and also leave the luggage again after checking out but before we departed. A brilliant experience and one I/we would have no hesitation in repeating!

Great value for money, a wonderful location and surprisingly quiet.

This hotel has a great location--next to the Eye, on the Thames River opposite Big Ben and Parliament. An easy walk to 10 Downing St., the Churchill War Rooms, Hyde Park, the theater District.... Rooms are very basic, but clean and quiet. London is a very pricey city, so this hotel, given its location offers great value. They offer a breakfast buffet which is very basic-Kellogg's cereals, imitation blueberry mini muffins, frozen hash brown patties....Really designed to appeal to children.
