We stayed here in April as I was running the London Marathon and wanted something central yet close to the finish as we had young children with us. The hotel is very quite and is in an excellent location. Restaurant was good and staff very freindly.
Staying again next year that's how impressed with this premier inn we are.

We got exactly what you expect from premier inn clean modern room simple but everything you would need. There was a couple of issues a towel with marks on and no safe but they were quickly resolved by the friendly staff. The customer service was impeccable and really was service with a smile.

Great hotel in an excellent location right by the London Eye in Southbank. Could walk to London Dungeon, Big Ben, Houses of Parliament, Buckingham Palace etc.. We could hear the chimes of Big Ben when we were in bed! Hotel room was very clean, modern and comfortable. Staff we're extremely friendly and helpful. We were on a b&b tariff and enjoyed a great breakfast each morning. Also drank in the bar after the long days and it was nice and relaxed. Would definately stay again.

I would recommend this location, together with the Thames Clipper from London Eye pier, to anyone going to the O2. Reliable quality but noise from the kitchen in the morning woke my partner too early.

Very handy location for Thames area, right near Westminster bridge, London Eye. Very quiet street, no through road for traffic, convenience shop opposite, good choice of restaurants and wine bar in same street, Starbucks with free wifi opposite. Hotel is clean, rooms are pretty basic, in room safe never works, I used hotel safe, no fridge in room, I used their kitchen fridge for Borough Market purchases. Very helpful friendly staff. Self check in a waste of time, everyone needed help & it makes the entrance foyer a confusing mess. Breakfast generous and delicious.wifi not free. No air con and room very hot but they have a portable fan in every room.

Room Tip: My room overlooked the front street and you hear the street noise but it wasn't a problem.

We had a great experience, staying at the Premiere Inn, London County Hall. We were greeted warmly by staff, upon entering the property. Our flight from the US arrived mid morning. The hotel held our bags for us, while we toured London, prior to the 3:00pm check in time. All of the staff in the hotel and restaurant were very helpful. We found our two rooms on the 5th floor, to be far more spacious than we expected. The rooms were immaculately clean. Our rooms overlooked the Jubilee Gardens, with a view of the London Eye. While this hotel does not have air conditioning, our rooms remained quite comfortable during the first week of June. The location cannot be beat. A short walk across Westminster Bridge from Parliament, within walking distance of Buckingham Palace and a stones throw from Waterloo Station. We will definitely return on our next visit to London.

First stay at Premier Inn for many years. Exceeded all my expectations. Excellent service and great location.Unlimited breakfast very good. Will be staying there again later in the year. I have paid a lot more in London and got a lot less.
