Great, great stay! Clean, perfectly located next to Hyde Park with two tube stations at under 5 minutes' walk. Friendly staff and good bread-and-spread/cereal breakfast included plus use of the kitchen (and fridges), luggage storage facilities if you need to store your stuff before checking in/ after checking out, lockable safe boxes at reception under 24h CCTV-surveillance for your valuables, lockable cages under the beds for the rest of your things. Good, clean and perfectly working facilities.
Fun evening activities you can take part in like beer pong, movie night in the lounge and a pub crawl. Constantly changing activities planned and organised by the employees. Great atmosphere!

We stayed at Astor queensway for 2 weeks, which is a long time by any standard. We received nothing but great service and smiles from all staff members and receptionists. We were a group of 5 coming in different days, but Alex the manager did as much as she could so we'll sleep in the same room and move as little as possible.
Breakfast was better then we expected, wi-fi worked all the time even on the high floors, the staff helped us get a discount on attractions we wished to see.
What I appreciate most about this place is the atmosphere. It's a place to meet new people from around the world. I liked it a lot.

Nice cheap hostel very close to Hyde Park. A 10 min walk from 2 well situated Tube stations, that's easy to find, and not that long. Also a bus stop nearby. Breakfast included, simple but quite ok. Large kitchen well equiped free of access, very nice. And i loved the commun room, you almost feel at home with sofas and a big flat screen to watch tv. I will come back again.

We picked this hostel as an alternative to the cheaper ones and we couldn't have been more satisfied! The staff is great, they are all extremely kind and available to help you. Also, they organize all sorts of crazy activities, so you know you'll never get bored!
The rooms are very nice and clean, we were very lucky with our roommates as they were all great people.
The kitchen is always clean and fully equipped: fridge, freezer, oven, etc... And it's always a great place to meet other people.
Regarding other services, I think I speak for every guest when I say how happy I was for finding out that almost every thing is free, free Wi-Fi, free locks, free towels, free luggage storage.. You name it!
When I return to London, I'll be sure to book Astor Quest ;)

The hostel's location was fantastic, a stones throw away from the North West side of Kensington Gardens and Queensway Tube station. One morning I walked through the park to Trafalgar square and I think it took me about 30 minutes. So the hostel is in quite a central location for general sight seeing and Museum-visiting.

The room I stayed in was very clean, very very warm (but that's preferable to the opposite) and there was a lovely atmosphere, all the staff were really welcoming. The breakfast was great (included in the price) consisting of cereals, bread rolls, spreads, tea, coffee and BISCUITS - served between 8 and 10. Reception is 24 hours a day and there is luggage storage. There is no lift/elevator but that did not bother me personally, you need a £5 deposit for your keycard.

I would highly recommend this place, at £16 ish pppn in the mixed dorm its great value!
