I have been to this restaurant several times before.

The food is all ways to a high standard........

We love the Sweet Potatoe Fries

The Burgers are Juicy it's a great Burger place.

The Restaurant has all ways had very friendly staff which creates a happy atmosphere..... We loved it

This visit we all noticed the atmosphere has changed, the staff not as happy as before ......

This May be due to the Manager shouting at the staff.

We were sat by the stairs and saw the manager come down the stairs and tell the waitress to put the bill on the table as he needed tables.......

Hence it made us feel uncomfortable so it made us leave earlier than we would have done.

So the Food is Great
The Service is Great

But the ATMOSPHERE is no longer the same

i was very biased since I am from oahu but the burgers were as good as i remember and even returned the next day for some much needed banana pancakes. don't expect the usual coconut syrup and the like but worth the visit. order the small burgers cuz the big ones are really BIG. sitting is tight but there is a downstairs. 6 tables outside which fills up fast. great for people watching if you happen to be in carnaby street, visit.

I had lunch there today and it was actually a very nice surprise. We had lunch out on the terrace and food was very nice too.
Service was okay but you have to understand that, although the place seems small, it's actually quite big inside and service can take a while. But it is worth waiting.
Definitely a nice place to try if you're around Carnaby Streen.

This is my favourite place to eat in the whole of London. I've even been to one of the many Kua Aina's in Tokyo and the London one is so much better.
I make a point of coming here at least once a fortnight.
I love the staff, the chicken sandwiches, the Asahi beer. Its PERFECT in every way.

The burger was average. I was expecting something totally wow. Definitely not wasn't cooked the way it was described. All overcooked. They make you click how you want it cooked and still overcooked it. - The sweet potato fries are some of the best I've ever had though. Very impressed.
