“Never again...”
Reviewed 8 February 2014

I have traveled the world, stayed in a variety of budget hotels but this one has to be the worst. Reason being every other hotel I woke each day having slept well, here I woke knackered, it is a quiet area but the noise from the room above, other toilets flushing, the slightest noise from reception & people going up and down the stairs was enough to continually wake me.
As to the room, I know I asked for a single room but this was small, the worst pat was the so called on-suite????? The loo was tight against the wall and the shower was so small I couldn't place my arms by my side and the worst part was having to step over the loo to get in the shower, oh nearly forgot about the loud noise of the extracter fan...
Staff in the hotel were plesent and the continental breakfast was ok... The hotel was cleanish..

This hotel is located near the Earl's Court tube station, 2 minute walk. Lot of restaurants and pubs nearby. Hotel itself is on a quiet street.
Service was really friendly,
I stayed in a single room, which was really small, but that's no exception in London. So Clean, Good bed, and convenient to have tea and coffee making facilities in the room.
Will I stay again? Absolutely yes, because of location and friendly staff.

I and my husband stay in this hotel for a week in January. Great location - just 100 meters near underground station Ear's Court, Piccadilly line - the main line in London (for us), because a lot of interesting places located near the stations on this line.

The room was very good, service was great. the only thing is that the breakfast could be better. ))

Room Tip: Do not take a room located higher than second floor if you have any problems with legs and hart - th...

This hotel is quite nice and centrally located in Earls Court.
Breakfast was fine but they need to provide a few more options.
Room was small but adequate.
Windows available to view the street.
Winding stairs to carry heavy bags.
Had a pleasant stay.

This hotel is conveniently located near the Earl's Court tube station, 2 minute walk. Lot of restaurants and pubs nearby. Hotel itself is on a quiet street.
Service was really friendly. Hotel is quiet old and could use a general overhaul. There will be better hotels around, but you'll be paying more, or you'll be in a less attractive area.
Breakfast very minimal.
I stayed in a single room, which was really small, but that's no exception in London. Clean enough, not spotless though. Good bed, and convenient to have tea and coffee making facilities in the room.
Will I stay again? Maybe, because of location and friendly service.

Very close to Earl's Court tube station. The ladies at the reception are all friendly, and helpful. We've requested breakfast earlier than usual twice and it was no trouble for them.

Note no lift. We have room # 41, double room way way up to the top floor, counted 81 steps up. Good thing we have no knee problem, if you do request for room lower down.

Our ensuite is tiny too, it's for midgets like me really. If you're tall you might have to bend thee knee to do your business.

Overall were happy with the place. We've actually acquired strong leg muscles after 8 days of climbing the stairs.

Stayed here for 2 nights on a last minute business trip with the rest of London fully booked. Room small but clean, Wi-Fi not working very well, comfortable bed and indeed if you're on 3rd or 4th floor it's a bit of a walk up. Nevertheless I think the price quality compared to other hotels is OK, my room was on the street but was not noisy
