I stayed two nights with my daughter at the hotel. was received by the lady who said we have charged you already. Room on third floor up very steep stairs and quite small.
Breakfast very average .
We were allowed to leave luggage before we got the room and leave it after we signed out .

Room tip: High floor very steep stairs and a lot of them.

Feedback, both positive & negative, helps us to monitor our performance so we thank you for your review. To clarify the payment issue, please note that we only charge guests in advance if they opt for a pre-paid/non-refundable booking. Otherwise, your credit card is simply pre-authorised for the first night's room charge and the transaction is completed on your arrival date. Although critical of some aspects of the hotel, at least you found our luggage facility useful.

Really great value for your money. Personal is super nice. Breakfast was better than I expected, good variety. Location is amazing. No lift was inconvenient when bringing bags to the top floors...
Overall very good experience. Would stay again and recommend others :)

I felt that this hotel represents good value for money. We stayed for two nights while visiting London and found it perfect for our purpose. We stayed in a ground floor room which was situated adjacent to the reception area. We did wonder if we'd be disturbed but, apart from the odd mumble, it was peaceful. The room was very clean and perfectly adequate for our stay......would have been happy to stay for longer. The continental breakfast had plenty of choice - sweet and savoury. The only negative comment that I would make with regard to breakfast is that the croissants could have been a bit fresher and the coffee/hot water were lukewarm by the time we made an appearance at 9.10am. The hotel is in an excellent position. Although just round the corner from an underground station, convenience stores, eateries, chemist etc, it's situated in a relatively quiet, part residential street. However, the real plus to this hotel is its staff - always courteous and helpful, they made a positive difference to our break.
I would certainly chose this hotel again.

Our room was quite large and the bathroom was a fair size. Very good standard of cleanliness but the furniture had seen better days. We were on the 4th floor, phew you need to be quite fit! We overslept and missed breakfast but our friends said it was not very good. However this is a good location and we didn't have any real concerns and overall fair value for money.

Although there were aspects of Rushmore Hotel which fell short of your expectations, it's encouraging to find that your overall experience was
reasonably good. I hope you enjoyed the concert at the Albert Hall which is located within easy reach of our hotel. Thank you for your feedback.

Stayed one night here in March 2016, before my flight home. This hotel is a great deal! It's hard to find a decent place for this price in London (about $70/night). The room was small, but clean, well-stocked, and with private bath. Free continental breakfast. Amazing location in the heart of London, and one block from Earl's court tube station. I would definitely stay again!

Room tip: No elevator, so ask for lower floor if stairs are a problem.
