Both the kinds of goods sold here and the prices are not for me, but I really love a stroll down it from time to time. It's very stylish, and a reminder of how the other half lives! Actually, I did once buy a pair of gloves here, and the glove shop is for me the most attractive.

An interesting arcade of typically English finery for sale. Beautiful jewellery, tailors, milliners, antiques, shirt makers, sock specialists, hand made shoes, suits and all the finery one needs to be decked out to visit royalty or landed gentry. This is where kids born with golden spoons and family trust accounts shop.

Yet in spite of the "upper crust" appearances most of the folks serving in the shops are lovely chatty down to earth people who perfectly understand that being a tourist, one comes more to browse and admire rather than to shop. One still leaves with the odd scarf or tweed hat!

Not only does this interesting mall have jewelry, Lauderee Bakery, fine antiques, but best of all is The House of Cashmere!

This is the place to find that sweater, scarf, or other cashmere item. Having been shopping there for years they just received a "Prestige Award" from The "Prince of Wales"! Quite an honor!

The Arcade is covered, so the weather can't bother you as you "Window shop"!

A fun place to visit on your next trip to London!

Burlington arcade is something else, a covered walkway of shops that is carpeted!!! Oh and you may want huge wads of cash if you visit, antique rolexs and jewellrey shops. So nice to see the items on display but totally out of my league. Sad to say...
