We stayed here 2 nights, one before our holiday and the other after the holiday. Both stays were very good, just the same as every premier inn we have stayed at. The room was an ample size and very clean. We had dinner and breakfast both times and were very happy with the quality of the meals and the service was second to none. Very attentive staff who looked like they really enjoyed working there. Well done team

We stayed for three nights over a weekend, in a first floor room near the junction of Dukes Road and Euston Road. We heard very little noise from outside, and had three good nights of undisturbed sleep. Well trained staff, comfortable beds and very good breakfasts. Happy to store our luggage after check out time. We would not hesitate to stay there again. The location is very good. We didn't take the Tube the first couple of days: easy to walk to Covent Garden and Marylebone High Street. Before you know it you've walked to Oxford Street. The Charles Dickens House Museum is a 15 minute walk away on Doughty Street and well worth a visit. As a bonus, Premier Inn were at the time doing a trial of free wi-fi at this hotel.

Having stayed in a Premier Inn in Edgware previously, I knew generally what to expect and hoped that this one would also deliver. Fortunately it did - on all counts.

The main thing was the location - right opposite Euston rail station where we were arriving and departing. Although check in is supposed to be 2.00 onwards, I had checked before arriving that we could leave our luggage if we arrived before, which we did, at 12.30 and in fact the helpful staff member front of house helped us through the check in screen and advised us we could access our room straight away. On departure day we didn't have to vacate until noon and were able to leave our case for the rest of the day until time to come back for our train. Just these two concessions made our trip less stressful and cheaper (left luggage is £10 per item at Euston station!)

The room itself was pretty much as I expected - lovely big firm bed and lots of pillows, a large flat screen and tea/coffee facilities. The big plus was that it was very quiet despite overlooking Euston Road although our room was at the back so maybe there is a bit of noise if you overlook the front. The bathroom fan made a bit of an annoying whirring noise and couldn't be disabled from the light control but that's about the only downside.

There is a Costa coffee in the lobby which is great if you love coffee...which I do! The breakfast, which is a good choice and quality, was a good deal as I travelled with my daughter who ate free ;-)

There is free Wi-Fi throughout and this was advertised as free for first 30 mins but turned out that the hotel was doing some kind of trial and Wi-Fi was completely free.

All staff, as at other Premiers I have used, are polite and helpful.

You can always trust a Premier to deliver a good service,a good nights sleep, check in /out always easy. The beauty of this hotel is it's so convenient,if you are too early to check in they will hold luggage for you, when you check out they will store luggage until you are ready to catch your train....Fantastic little cafe called Sorrento in nearby Woburn Walk, turn left when you come out of hotel and you are there, brilliant breakfasts, fresh home cooked food by the lovely Victoria,Food half the price of the Premier and a lot tastier!
