I need to stay overnight as a friend and I had a meeting. We wanted a twin room to save money. The hotel is very convenient for Euston station and most of the tourist attractions are easily reached by walking or public transport. Checking was automated although we get a member of staff to do it for us and he had a problem to it being a new system. The room was clean and had a large double and a small single bed. I had the small single and would have had a good night's sleep had the Aircon kept turning on every few minutes which was quite noisy. I would had turned it of before going to bed had I realised. The bathroom was good though I had to keep tapping the soap dispenser to get enough soap.
We paid extra for Breakfast which I thought was quite expensive however there was plenty to eat and it was nice. We went for breakfast at 7. When leaving at 7.45 there was a queue forming for tables
I would happily stay here again but turn the Aircon off.

Perhaps use better toilet seat cleaners and carpet washes between the guests . Was not very pleased with location of room I was staying, too noisy ( noises from floor and from outside Euston road ) Carpets and bathroom was not clean and couldn’t walk on carpet without shoes on
