We have just got back from a fabulous 3 night sight seeing break in London, staying at the Tower bridge hotel we had a family room on the 2nd floor.Room 207
The staff are really helpful and friendly.
Room was clean. Bathroom was clean.
Breakfast was very nice, ideal as the 1 kid eats free with a paying adult. we had a evening meal on our first night which was lovely and very reasonable.
This hotel is ideally located to and within walking distance to Tower Bridge, The London Dungeons, the Tower of London, Tower Hill and London Bridge tube stations. all so southwark which has a good selection of resturtants and Pubs.
We would most recommend this hotel and would stay again.

Stayed at Tower Bridge over May Bank Holiday with my husband. We were very surprised of the cleanliness of the place, the room we were in was 321 and it was spotless. We have stayed in 4 star hotels and not had the same clealiness. It is a 15 min walk to the tube station, so you need to be quite mobile, not good if you have problems with walking. There are some nice bars along the Thames to sit out side off also very nice restaurants . The restaurant in the Premier inn was a little mad whilst we were there , queing for tables and waiting along time for orders to be taken, but it was Bank Holiday and i did hear a member of the staff saying how short staffed they were. All in all a great Premier inn a great price. So go you will like it , we did.

A hidden gem. Very good value considering it is just a short walk from Tower Bridge and several places of interest for tourists. London Bridge tube is 10 mins walk away . Very good restaurant on site with a good value menu especially if travelling with children. Very family friendly. Staff very nice and polite. Street outside is a little noisy at night with traffic noise, but you probably have to expect that as the hotel is on Tower Bridge Road and a main thoroughfare.

We stayed at Tower Bridge for two nights 22nd to 24th May 2011. Everything was excellent. From the moment we checked in to our departure the whole experience was first class. The room was spotlessly cean, the bed very comfortable, the staff friendly and helpful. We ate at Thyme and the meal was very nice. Breakfast was very good too. All in all, a wonderful hotel and we would highly recommend it to anyone.

Room Tip: We stayed on the 3rd floor no noise problems

We stayed for 5 nights in May 2011. The purpose was leisure, and overall the stay was very pleasant. However, the room was very badly aired, the fan in the bathroom wasn't working properly, there was no air-condition and you could not open the windows. As a consequence there was no fresh air in the room for 5 days and nights, and that was not at all satisfactory. I am no big fan of air-conditioning since it is "old and used" air that is sent back into the rooms; fresh air is the thing. I would have preferred to open the windows, but these were locked.
Despite of this our stay was thoroughly nice and the nearby Queens Walk made for pleasant outings. The price of the hotel and location were very well matched, and will probably weigh very heavily on the positive side if we are to consider staying there again.
Strange about the wi-fi - the fee is too high and the speed is slow.
We recommend not using the restaurant in the hotel. It is too expensive if you consider the meals and wine. Go instead to the Pommeler's Rest (JD Wetherspoon) near Tower Bridge. Good value for money there!
