Reviewed 13 June 2012

From the moment we arrived, the staff were extremely efficient, ftiendly and helpful. We spoke to several during our stay and all.had a great welcoming and helpful attitude. Nice bar and restaurant at the hotel too. The hotel was a 10 minute walk to cross Tower Bridge. 15 mins to the lovely Borough Market. Bus and tubes nearby, all in all a great location but the staff made it

We chose to stay at the Premier Inn Tower Bridge Road because this was our 4th time of being there it is good location for sights, tube or rail line, central to get to other locations, reasonably priced for London, staff, rooms food cannot be faulted and have even met up with American friends in the past and stayed with them after recommending the hotel and cannot fault anything wrong.

Room Tip: All rooms are equal in all aspects even to disabled rooms which are well thought out and very roomy...

I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it. Only 10 minutes walk from Tower bridge tube station which is only 6 stops southbound on the northern line from Euston. Whilst the hotel its self is what you expect from a Premier Inn it’s the staff that made the difference. Everyone we met from the reception, to the restaurant to the cleaning staff just seemed so genuinely happy and pleased to see you. The food in the restaurant both breakfast and evening meal was excellent and good value, especially if you have children under 16 as they eat breakfast free. Free wi-fi was just enough for the kids to keep in touch, being 30 minutes free a day, although you can buy extra minutes. The bar was welcoming and homely with a large TV for the football. We booked and paid several weeks in advance and got a great deal compared with other London hotels.

Room Tip: We had to book 2 rooms, I rang the call centre asking for them to be close to each other and on arri...

Would definitely stay here again. Room was lovely and clean, modern and comfortable. For a budget hotel, this Premier Inn excelled. Staff were on hand at all times and were always very pleasant and helpful. A walk of 10 minutes to the local underground station wasn't a problem and in a busy well lit area for returning at night. London Bridge underground a great base for getting around. Our room was very well equipped, spotless with Freeview TV, hairdryer, air conditioning, shower gel, daily towels and choice of soft or firm pillows. No noise at all.

Room Tip: We stayed in Room 428 and would definitely choose this room again.

I organised a stay at this hotel for my partner's 50th Birthday along with our 9 year old son for a 3 night stay and everything was brilliant.

The location is great, Tower Bridge is less than 5 minutes walk away with Tower Hill tube station about a 10 minute walk away. There was a bus stop outside the hotel which took you to Convent Garden, The Eye, The Cutty Sark etc so transport was so easy.

The staff at the Reception were excellent in particular Sam and Champagne who went out of their way to help us. Their knowledge of the local area and buses was fantastic, nothing was too much trouble for them. The restaurant was good with yet more friendly staff and very well run. The breakfast was excellent value considering children ate free and the dinner menu was very good value for money.

Our room was on the 2nd floor and was very good, clean and comfortable it was surprisingly quiet considering we were on the main road.

Would highly recommend this hotel - especially for families - great value for money for central London and very pleasant staff and location.

just stayed in this hotel over the jubilee weekend 4 nights, very easy check in really good staff and very comfortable room. Even though we were at the front near the road , because the room was triple glazed the road never bothered us. Breakfast was lovely lots of choices and really good back bacon.Plenty of tea coffee fruit juice and staff were quick to refill when needed.Dinner was good too and ate in restaurant for 3 nights good deal on starter and main or main and sweet which included steak which my husband said was delicious.number 188 bus stops right oyutside hotel and takes you in and out of central London. Tower bridge just down the road and butlers awharf was extremely interesting.Iwould definitely stay here again as everyone was lovely and extremely helpful . One tip buy an oyster card as it is half price travelling on tube and buses£5 deposit then load with cash we put £15 on each and have still got some money on for next time we visit( £6) and we travelled all over London zone 1.Fantastic weekend great hotel!!

Room Tip: buy an oyster card great value when travelling around London

We've just stayed for two nights at this Premier Inn and had a fantastic stay. I wasn't sure it was going to go that well initially, we arrived, easy check in - then found a mattress on the floor of the room for our daughter. We were arriving and leaving immediately for a tour so told reception we weren't happy and needed another bed and that the mattress just wasn't acceptable. They apologised and told us that it would be sorted on our return. When we got back they had arranged the bed and all was sorted as they'd assured - throughout our stay customer service was exceptional.

The room was great, basic but very clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. Breakfast was great value and the food and choices were very good. It was around a 15 min walk to Tower Hill Tube and around a 5 - 10 min walk to Tower Bridge. The location was pretty good with lots of restaurants and shops nearby.

I would definitely stay at this hotel again, great value for money and fantastic customer service - thanks again for making our stay so enjoyable.
