The room was great family room; clean, comfortable. The location was great for the Tower, and the Tower Bridge area. We particularly liked the friendliness of the staff and the great breakfast. Staff went out of the way to be helpful and whilst it was half term week, the hotel was quiet. would certainly visit again and recommend to others.

Excellent stay. Very modern and presented room it appears they have refurbished the rooms to a high standard. Although there appeared to be work going on at the time the noise/disturbance was very low and not a concern. Excellent stay very freindly staff and most helpful too.

A half term weekend staying with children was going to be eventful but the staff at this hotel made it a joy. The food was great, the rooms were very clean and more than adequate. We will be staying here again and recommending it to friends. Happy staff = Happy guest :)

We've used this hotel loads over the years and in my opinion this latest visit has been even better. Realistically there is renovation work going on which has seriously reduced the size of the car park. I don't if this is permanent, I hope not, but even if it is there are some excellent, reasonably priced secure car parks close by that I've used loads when not staying here.
The renovated room we had was delightful. Complete new refit, more modern styling, a bit plusher and teched up a bit. There are now USB ports under the flat screen tv. The wardrobes are a bit smaller but now sport a full length mirror, which is great. There is a nice illuminated mirror by the new style hairdryers and above all loads more plug sockets.
Refitted bath room is also nice .... New baths, trendier sinks and loos, nice flooring and importantly almost silent fans. Triple glazing on the windows so despite being on the front of the hotel on the road we only heard a couple of sirens but apart from that it was quiet and we slept well.
The icing on the cake was our welcome and reception staff. A young guy called Everton checked us in. He was helpful, friendly, chatty and went to great lengths to tell us that reception was always open and to contact them if we needed anything at all. We shared a few jokes and he made us feel a welcome that you'd seldom get in a much more expensive hotel. He's a great asset and I hope his boss reads this.
We'll continue to use this place as it totally fits the bill for us when in Town.

Thank you so much for reviewing your stay with us. I am very happy to read that we have improved since your last visit.
The car park will be ours in the next 10 days so; the reduction was necessary for the refurbishment program. I am happy that you liked the new design and this will be replicated throughout the Premier inn estate.

Everton is indeed a great asset not just to Tower Bridge but also the company and his contribution to Tower Bridge is very much appreciated.

Many thanks for your kind and warm words and we look forward to your next visit.

Kind regards,
Ryan

We have just stayed for the 3rd time at this hotel for 2 nights. Had no hesitation booking this hotel as like I said stayed before and knew what to expect. Great position and normally fabulous service.
Once we arrived and checked into our room at about 3pm it became apparent the hotel is having work done (persistent drilling noise). Husband went down to check and was simply told it states on the website, unfortunately if this is the case I must have missed it. Let that go and thought we won't be in the hotel except to sleep.
Next time we went down we had to ask for more towels as only had two in a family room.
First morning the drilling started but as we were up and nearly ready to leave didn't spoil our morning but unfortunately when we got back that night quite late we found the room really warm and went to open the windows, one opened slightly but the other wouldn't open and had a managers note stuck to the window explaining latch broken (dated April 2009 !!!!) We also chose to have showers and realised they had taken the towels and replaced with TWO clean ones.
I don't normally write these reviews but when you are told its on the website as your answer and when you get home you check if this is the case ............Just looked all through and can't find any warnings anywhere.

Many thanks for posting your thoughts about Premier Inn, London Tower Bridge.
I am sorry to read that you were disappointed with this visit due mainly with the refurbishment program and for this I do apologise.

We are very much in our final week of this phase of the refurbishment program where all of the 196 bedrooms will be to the new Premier inn style. The reception area and the guests’ toilets will be done in March.

The information regarding the refurbishment is on the Tower Bridge website, under “ Important info”
Again, I am sorry that this stay wasn’t as the previous but hope once this refurbishment is complete, we will have the pleasure in welcoming you again.

Kind regards,
Ryan

Great place to stay for a weekend in London, plenty of nice eateries nearby, tube station about 10-15 mins walk. Considering its so central it was very quiet, and family rooms are a good size. Staff are welcoming and helpful.
