Stayed here for one night over a weekend to do some guided walks around London. the nearest tube station is London Bridge which is about 20 min walk along Tooley Street. The staff were very smart and helpful, we had checked in on-line to save queueing but reception was very quiet when we checked in. Breakfast was very good, lots of choice and quality. Room was ok, nice and clean although there was a noisy hum from the bathroom fan. Parking is very good although getting to the car park means you enter the congestion charge zone (weekdays) for just 30 Yards which is ridiculous but the hotel cannot help this.
We will return

I received a warmer welcome than I'd anticipated - staff were friendly and helpful. Room was spacious, functional, comfortable and clean. Bathroom looked new and was spotless. Room was well insulated from the noise of the road outside. Excellent location. Stayed for 4 nights and had a good sleep for each one - result!

Stayed at this Premier Inn for just one night. My room 706 on the 7th floor was very clean and comfortable. Big bed and quality bedding. View was of other buildings opposite also close up view of the London Eye. The actual room and bathroom quite spacious. Staff very helpful. Nothing too much trouble.
Breakfast was help yourself Buffett style with fresh fruit salad and yogurts and cereals. Cooked breakfast for an extra £9:95.
Only complaint was that of the two lifts only one was working on the morning I was leaving. Unable to carry my luggage down several flights of stairs. Had to wait ages for the lift.

Room Tip: Happy with my room. 706

Always love staying here on our trips to London, my favourite premier inn! Perfect location for our needs! The breakfast is always so yummy, and the staff work so hard to make sure food is plentiful, hot and always available! Generally the staff are very helpful and friendly! Rooms always clean and inviting! If I had any little niggles, there are just two.....one, I wish there were more tea bags, and two, I miss the warm reception area, doesnt feel the same with the clinical podiums!

We stayed at this Premier Inn for 2 nights and were pleased with our choice as it was close to the Tower of London where we were planning to visit. We were given a room at the rear of the building which I believe would be quieter as away from the road. The rooms were a standard size but well decorated and clean. We ate breakfast in the hotel and although the first morning we found the restaurant a bit chaotic, it was considerably better the following day. Very cheerful staff and would stay again.

Room Tip: Ask for room at the back away from the road
