“Lovely staff, great nights sleep”
Reviewed 15 June 2014

Stayed with my Sister in a twin room, for 3 nights in early May this year. Lovely, friendly and very helpful staff both on the front desk and in the restaurant. We ate breakfast there for two mornings and had an evening meal with drinks on one evening, was a little pricey but had great service and really very nice food. Great location, could easily walk down to the Tower of London and had bus and tube stops close by.

Staff were kind enough to order taxis for us and gave us some great travel and tourist advise.

Room was really nice, comfy beds nice powerful shower, very very clean (even though they did leave a small bag of rubbish in the room one morning). Nice and modern and comfy.

Would very highly recommend, no complaints and a great few night sleep.

Had a lovely break at premier inn tower bridge, staff very helpful especially the night shift. The hotel has taxis which will take you into the city for a fixed price, and pick you up. Only 5 mins from tower hill tube

Great stay...right in the heart of london. Hotel provides cot for babies, has grocery store located next door for baby food and the staff is very friendly. Wifi is for 3 gbp per day, which is unnecessary as hotel shd just include in the room fare

A fantastic base for bars, restaurants, history & great views of London. With 2 tube stations within a ten minute walk this is truly in a fantastic location. Loved it, this was also the first time we had stayed south of the river.

We stayed in this hotel during our recent trip to London in half term.
We selected it as we thought it would be reasonably quiet, and premier inns have a "left luggage room."
We dropped the bags off and recovered them with no problem. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean, nicely laid out and very quiet. The room was well insulated against any noise from the road. Didn't hear any noise from the next door rooms at all even though the hotel was busy.
The bathroom was clean and the shower worked well.
The TV and remote worked well.
Breakfast was fine with the expected menu choice.
We had dinner the second night. The food was fine (expected choice) although the service was a little slow.
I would be pleased to stay here again.
The only slightly negative two points I would make are that for small children it is a reasonable walk from this hotel to the nearest two tube stations (London bridge and Tower Hill). If you are walking around London all day it is a little bit hard for them. We also struggled getting a taxi from the Tower Hill station one rainy night, and think it is probably easier to get a taxi from London Bridge tube station.
The other thing is that it goes a bit quiet on the walk from Tower Bridge to the hotel, so may be best not to do too late/ on your own for ladies!
