I stayed here for two day with some friends, One of the worst stays I've had. The rooms and bathrooms are incredibly dirty! It is disgusting to use the bathrooms and showers, so filthy!! The rooms were incredibly so hot and sticky so many people were complaining because we could not sleep, it was boiling in there! The room I was staying in was an 8 bed dorm. The room had only one window and it did not only all the way only a small amount, which didn't allow for any air circulation which. Since we stayed on a friday and saturday we got no sleep, it was incredibly loud because of the bar downstairs. we left our bags at the locker which did not give us a ticket so we were not able to talk them out when we needed and had to call someone from the bar to come down and open the locker for us, they are always busy so you have to wait a good amount of time. On saturday we got to the hostel late at night and it was almost impossible to walk in the bouncer needed to confirm we were going to the hostel and not the bar and it was just a nightmare. We were also checking out at this time and it was horrible to walk out between drunk and dancing people with our bags. the only good thing about this hostel is that its very close to a metro station and the break fast was good. but if you care about staying in a clean place and one in where you can actually sleep, don't come here.

The staff are really helpful, and nice. The facilities are good, and the atmosphere is amazing. Easy traveling into central London. Would definitely recommend this hostel to everyone. I really enjoyed my stay.

This is the first time I have used a youth hostel with group visits to England. The staff were very helpful and friendly - especially Richard who even mended a students suitcase! Each request was dealt with professionally and each problem solved. The hostel was clean and the breakfast very good.Wifi was patchy

Room Tip: Rooms directly above bar are noisy until 2am.

Overall, the location is good with close to a tube station. Reception staff were helpful and responsive.

Has some good music in the evening. I have only spent one night here so could not say much. Breakfast was normal .

I've done some extensive travelling and have generally stayed in Hostels. Never have I felt so compelled to warn people away from a hostel. The free wifi doesn't work. Ever. The staff always says it isn't working that day but it hasn't worked yet. The lockers wuld be pretty easy tp steal from because they're just metal fences. Asked the staff for directions one time and they gave me completely incorrect ones. The showers are disgusting, the toilets are disgusting, the rooms were okay except the paint fell off of the ceiling and onto my bed a few times.

Room Tip: Good luck.

I stayed at this hostel for a couple of weeks whilst I got my accommodation sorted. The staff are very friendly and welcoming!!! Nothing is difficult to ask and they are willing to help. The boss at this hostel is an amazing guy! You can always have a laugh with him! Richard is the "Man"!!! I did like to mention the names of all the staff but I'd prefer their initials. The two "K's", the Francisco, Emma, H, are all fabulous people to have a laugh with. Breakfast is great!!! You can't fault this place and I definitely will recommend this place to any person who is looking for a place for a short stay!!!!

Room Tip: You just ask for anything and you will get it done for you
