Owner description: The awe-inspiring musical, Jersey Boys London show is the story of Frankie Valli and the Four Seasons. The phenomenal successful musical takes the audience to the era of 60s featuring some of the chart busting musical numbers at the opulent Prince Edward Theatre.

“Great show at a GREAT price!”
Reviewed 17 June 2012

We actually wanted to see Jersey Boys here at the National Theatre but ticket prices were a bit steep for an evening of entertainment. We bought discounted tickets in London and for 45 pounds (about $70 USD) we had excellent seats for less than half the cost of the same show in DC or NYC.

The show itself was truly entertaining, especially so for those who remember the Four Seasons and all their 1960's hits. The primary actors were all excellent, with all four leads putting forth a great performance. Ryan Molloy as Valli ("Valli with an "i" cause "y" is a bulls**t letter") was flawless!

The set is spartan, the dancing minimalist for a musical, but the vocals and acting were simply excellent. So grab a ticket at one of the many discount ticket vendors (we used the agent at Leicester Square tube station at the Piccadilly Line exit and were very glad we did) and prepare to be well entertained!

“More of a narrative than a sing-a-long”
Reviewed 13 June 2012

Its just a basic set, nothing over special but in keeping with the theme of their stage career.

The most disappointing thing for me was the constant narrative that interrupted each and very song. You'd just be singing along, tapping your feet when all of a sudden one of the cast would step forward and give you a detailed description of what was happening with the group at that time. Very very annoying.
Also my fav song, "What a night", the last song they sung was right at the end and they even cut that short.
And to top it off not even an encore!!!!!

Oh oh oh and yes there is a lot of swearing

“Great music different kind of show”
Reviewed 12 June 2012 via mobile

More of a Docu-Concert than a musical with more furniture moving than dancing. That said the music was great and Frankie Valli had an incredible voice.
It didn't move me but I now know a lot about the history of Frankie Valli and the Four Seasons. The music and harmonies were incredible though and that made it a great experience.
