Having had Afternoon Tea at a number of London’s hotels (including Savoy, Claridges, Browns, Dorchester) I looked forward to taking Afternoon Tea during my stay at The Corinthia.
Service was attentive. The setting is beautiful, with natural light filling the space from the glass dome. The tea selection was quite limited. The sandwiches were very good. Scones and cakes were very good, noting however there was a delay of approximately 10 minutes between tea being refreshed along with the jams being delivered, to the scones and cakes then being delivered. There was no live music (e.g. pianist).
£56 per person as of May-14 with Champagne.
