This hotel is situated on a leafy and very quiet square fairly close to Victoria. Good service, excellent continental breakfast included in our package, comfortably furnished room could have benefited from a little maintenance but in no way detracting from our stay. We used the buses as it is easier for my wife's mobility and the 507 eastbound stops just outside the hotel which was great- you can get to most places with a single change, we did Piccadilly, Tate Modern, London Eye all from there.

So pleased you enjoyed your stay. You are also very close to Buckingham Palace, Westminster Cathedral, Westminster Abbey, Houses of Parliament and Big Ben. We look forward to the opportunity of welcoming you back to one of our hotels in the future.

Stayed here for one night at weekend! Lovely hotel! Staff very attentive. Slight problem when our door wouldn't unlock but was sorted immediately. Large room with one double bed and two singles! Thought we'd been given wrong room as there was just myself and husband but the two other couples we were with had the same. Room very clean and lots of complimentary tea/ coffee/ milk and toiletries. Breakfast in the morning was a excellent. Can't recommend this enough!

This is the third time I've stayed here, all for business.

This time, I stayed for 2 nights, but was disappointed with the service. In the restaurant, I ordered a lime and soda. Waited 50 mins and was then given a glass of bottled soda water (it seems there are no taps at the bar!), with a slice of lime in. My two colleagues were also given the wrong drinks. The food was fine, but we waited an hour to be served starters! I paid £30 for a wrong drink, a starter and a main. Previously I've always used room service, which I will next time given how poor this experience was.

Whilst the room was fine, and cleaned daily, I also found my key card was deactivated after one night (no apology from reception), and I frequently walked through reception completely ignored.

This is a hotel my company frequently uses, and so i'm sure I'll return, but next time will use room service or eat elsewhere.

Stayed here the weekend of the London Marathon We booked two executive rooms which over looked the cricket pitch ( which was a bonus being cricket fans) the rooms were very spacious we had three windows & there was even room for a sofa armchair & coffee table, a real bonus. We used the bar both evenings which I would recommend for pre-dinner drinks it was very comfortable & full of cricket memorabilia. Breakfast was good although I thought we had booked for full English & it turned out I had booked the buffet breakfast which is continental & so had to pay extra for full English. I would definitely stay here again.

I was given a nice twin room, the hotel is a bit dated, with marble bathrooms and dark wood fittings, but clean and well looked after. Check-in staff were very friendly and helpful. A bit expensive but this is London.

We stayed here on Saturday night and it was sooo comfortable. we were upgraded to an executive room, which was a lovely surprise. Our room over look the green which had a cricket pitch on it!!! we felt as though we were staying in a country hotel in a village instead of the centre of London. We will definitely stay here again. My husband was running in the Bupa 10k on the Sunday, which took place from Green Park which was only a short walk away. It really is a spot on place to stay if you want to visit Buckingham Palace, Westminster, The Eye etc.

Was placed here for a recent work trip to London. Though it is not right in the heart of the city this is a good thing. Short walk to the Victoria station which gets you anywhere and there are a number of nice pubs and little cafes all around the area. The hotel faces into a nice, leafy park which is quiet during the night. Room seemed very large for London standards. Staff was great, did everything they could to help. Breakfast was included in my package was very good but seemed very overpriced if you were paying for it. Best to find a coffee shop or other restaurant down the road. Good place overall in a nice quiet part of London.
