All the staff were polite and very helpful. The Bathroom in the room was a bit tired and could have done with a refurb. but overall a good stay and would use again. The hotel is very near to transport links

I Was working In the Area And Booked Into this hotel. I wish that I Had gone elsewhare.
My Room 311 was on the 3rd Floor And the Lift was Out Of Order. The Room Was Looking Very dated, The Bed Was Lumpy,The Room Was Very Hot, The Window Would Only open By about 6 Inches ( Heavy Traffic Noise ) And The Air Con Would Not Work. Reception Was Informed But The Guy said There Was Nothing He Could do about It.
I Will stay Somewhare Else Next Time I Have to Work In This Part Of London, And I Suggest You Do Too.

Room Tip: Go Somewhare Else

Thank you for your comments regarding the hotel. In brief the lift, which is now in operation, was isolated for to safety reasons due to a water leak as mentioned on the notices posted. The air-con is awaiting parts to complete a repair and with regards to the upper floor window opening only part way, this is purely for health and safety concerns. The points regarding the style/age of the bedrooms have been noted and will be considered in our future plans to upgrade the hotel.

My husband, myself and my daughter had a great time, the staff were very helpful, polite and friendly, the only thing that i will say is they didn't have much choice for breakfast, they should have put mushrooms and hash browns, but other than that i would recommend this hotel. I would like to stay here again for a week if the price was a bit cheaper.

I cannot fault the cleanliness, was wary reading earlier reviews but was staying in the area for a couple of nights. I asked for a quiet room and got it,, didn't hear any traffic noise (and its a pretty busy road). Car was safe and no issues. Parking would be difficult if you got there late but as we were there in the afternoon no problems. Room was spotless, a little chilly almost but then it had gone cold that weekend. Breakfast was good, although there was a little queue for food and took ages to wait/queue to make tea/coffee. That should have been moved away from the food counter. May have been easier to serve ourselves for hot food but then there probably would have been no food left - some people like to pile their plates. There were no Fried eggs and didn't want to wait so had scrambled and they were fine. Very busy at weekends

TV good, and a flat screen, bathroom could be redone (looking tired) but it was clean and hygienic. Carpet in bedroom looked new. I found the bed and pillows a little soft so not the greatest sleep but that could have been because it was a twin room and a single bed.

Didn't eat in the Greek restaurant on site but outside and the many choices in the retail park but had a drink in the bar - the live band was playing and very loud (still at 11.30pm) so you couldn't hear anyone when trying to talk - if that was a little quieter it would be better) but it was a Saturday night.

No room fridge or bottled water so take your own or get at the bar (although no where to keep it cool - in winter it wasn't a problem)

Good tea making facilities.

Stayed a Saturday/Sunday Night with a friend in a Twin room. Only noise was next door stumbling in to their room at 6am after a good night out.

A little Pricy for a standard no frills room but that is London for you. It would probably cost double in town.

Room Tip: Ask for a high room/Quiet room as the main road is very close to the hotel

We stayed here Friday and Saturday night as a base for a one night London visit. Room was clean, bed comfortable and shower very powerful. Not five star but what you get what you pay for. Ideal for somewhere to sleep, not as if you are living there. A 15 minute walk to East Finchley tube station and was ideal for our day out in Camden. Breakfast was lovely, hot and tasty. Yes they tidy up quickly but a small dining room and a lot more residents. Staff pleasant and helpful. Would definitely stay here again. Its not the Ritz but was just fine for us!!

Needed a place for one night due to late meetings. Reception staff not so helpful and offered no help in getting a toothbrush.
Room itself clean but shower had no handle.
Breakfast is self service laid out and young man serving pleasant as was the morning recepionist.
Probably not worth the walk in price but at discount would stay again.
