Stayed here on business it is not the cheapest hotel in London and whilst the room was quite large most of the room was unusable corridor.
My bed was one of those weird fold up into the wall jobs so is essentially like sleeping on a big hard camp bed....every movement causes spring popping loud creaking.
All in all poor for a 4 star hotel at £190 per night .....I wouldn't stay again.

Room Tip: Make sure you don't have an in wall camp bed.

Pleased you enjoyed your stay. We can't always guarantee particular views, but the hotel is in a great location for history -the old London Wall runs through the hotel and piazza !

This hotel is virtually next to Tower Hill tube station and it overlooks the Tower of London. If you don't want the tube and would rather travel by bus, there are various bus stops right there.

A super gym is available for all guests and the breakfast caters very well for both meat eaters and vegetarians superbly.

The staff have impeccable manners and are very smartly dressed.

The bedrooms are incredibly well "sound" insulated - quite unusual for a hotel, but very welcome indeed. There was a huge bath in our ensuite and plenty of toiletries provided.

The hospitality tray was very well stocked with quality hot drinks - very good indeed.

I would definitely stay at this hotel again. It's a 5* property that has everything going for it.

Book with confidence.

I booked a mystery hotel through last minute, I was alittle worried at what hotel I would receive, well when I found out I was very impressed, I had requested a room with a view, I checked in to find I had been given a free upgrade and the most amazing view of the tower bridge, all staff were very helpful . This hotel is a gem!

Hotel is located 10 minutes walk from Tower Bridge and The Shard with great views for both. Staff were lovely and helpful; we had a problem with our room key one night which was fixed straight away. Cocktails in the bar were lovely. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The only downside was weak wi-fi signal in the room. Otherwise very nice and would recommend.

Stayed for 1 night with friends and booked at an agency and got a really good deal (£90 per room) which is great value for a 5* in London.
The neighbourhood is not that great but the location is very handy - Tower is just a couple of minutes stroll away.
Reception is huge and staff attentive and helpful. Concierge actually walked out with me to show me where to park as they don't have a car park on site (a positive really as you don't pay silly money to park!).
We had snacks in the small bar area with coffee/tea which was quite nice and not too expensive. We did not eat in the restaurant.
The rooms were large ish, well appointed and modern (it is a new hotel) and comfortable. The beds were on the firm side for us but not too bad!

All in all, a really good place to stay and at that price a bit of a steal! And spitalfields is a really nice to stroll along to for the market, eateries and bars!

Room Tip: Well worth seeking out a bargain price cos this is a really good place to stay!
