This hotel has all the great facilities you'd expect and the rooms are clean, well appointed and comfortable. The location by Tower Bridge is great. It's probably beginning to show its age a little and despite the multitude of staff it never comes across as particularly welcoming.

I have organised a Charity Ball at this Hotel for the past 6 years and have stayed overnight and made a weekend of the event.
We had 43 rooms this year for our supporters and every one of them praised the hotel staff, commented on the quality of the rooms and food and clean facilities offered.
Great value for money.
.
I have already booked the Hotel for our Ball in 2015.

Room Tip: Always ask for a tower view room. It is amazing to wake up to a clear view of the Tower of London, T...

Daughters 21st birthday treat so on a Monday when they are pretty full anyway with business people, we were upgraded to the penthouse.
What a superb stay, the room was absolutely amazing, only regret is we didn't really spend any time in it so what a waste. Spotlessly clean, immaculate decor and furnishings. Staff even asked the following day about her birthday evening.
I believe they do a few good deals at the weekend when the financial sector closes for business so I will definitely be back and hopefully able to spend more time here. Highly recommend this hotel, our views were superb too but then you would expect the best in the house in the penthouse!!! Thank you for a fabulous stay.

This hotel has beautiful, clean rooms and is within half a block from the Tower Hill 'Tube' station and a stop on the HOHO bus route. The Tower of London and the Tower Bridge are just a short walk from the front door. There are two good pubs within a block in either direction.

A beautiful full buffet breakfast was included.

This is the fourth time in the past 2 years that we have stayed at this hotel and wouldn't stay at another. The staff are friendly, helpful and efficient. The best was the breakfast. We were seated quickly and then a member of staff was there immediately offering tea/coffee. I cannot fault this hotel especially seeing as it located so near the Underground. Another lovely stay.

I suppose West End Hotels can fill their rooms most of the year, but those in the financial district that is the City of London have to work harder to attract visitors when their business customers are absent at the weekend. Ignoring the value, this last weekend stay was supremely enjoyable. It helped that we were given a room up in the clouds with amazing views overlooking the Tower of London and Shard, which was greatly appreciated. The staff were friendly and efficient, the lift super fast (important when you are right near the top!), our room lovely, (albeit a surprisingly small bathroom for such a spacious bedroom), spotless and one of the most comfortable beds I have ever slept in. Then there was the swimming pool! A full 25 metres and set up for lane swimming, (although that wasn't important as I mostly had it to myself anyway!). Such a treat for a City Centre hotel. Next time I am visiting London at a weekend I won't be looking anywhere else. I simply loved this hotel and it's location a stone's throw from Tower Hill tube station! A big thanks to all the lovely staff!

Room Tip: High as possible and looking south over The Tower of London.
