No frills but this is like flying easyjet with speedy boarding. You know you haven't paid much but get treated a little better than budget. It still feels new and clean and the towels are thick enough to dry you.

Recently returned from Premier Inn Stratford took wife and daughter on half term short break for a couple of nights. Firstly staff and hotel were great friendly and polite, Booked meal deals before arriving which soon became apparent was not a good idea. This is a 500 room hotel with a restaurant that can seat 180 there were only a enough staff to deal with about 120.Food was late overcooked side order's and drinks did not turn up but were charged on bill ( got them removed).Breakfast was even worse plates, cups glasses all ran out more than once. No fruit juices or bread as run out queues for 10 minutes waiting for eggs, bacon etc then most of it was cold. Staff were working as hard as they could but not enough to keep up was told they did think it would be this busy????Half term???

Stayed here over the weekend with my other half and 2 year old child. Checked in everything looked ok in the room then we realised there was no fridge to keep our Childs milk fresh!!! The beds were way to firm which didn't help my back problems at all. We then got woken up around 2am due to loud people coming up to their rooms and slamming doors. On the sunday we decided to go for breakfast as it seemed great value for money. I had a cooked breakfast. I then realised the fried eggs were undercooked and my plate was covered in raw egg white!! I told a member of staff and just got told to get some more!! No apology. We checked out on monday morning, handed over our cards and werent really asked how our stay went. Disappointed as I chose this hotel because of its reviews.

Newish hotel in heart of Westfield. Basic room with few frills. Family configuration not ideal with no space between 3 beds so difficult for night time bathroom visits without disturbing everyone.Shame our room overlooked car park and rail line instead of city. Only time spent in room was for sleeping so not too disappointed- functional and clean.

We had a thoroughly enjoyable stay in this premier inn, we are generally not the whiney types so perhaps what annoys or niggles other people , doesn't us, however that's not to say we are slack on our standards. We found the car park easily enough and were fortunately directed to the hotel by a member of the shopping mall team. The lobby was very clean and throughout our stay we didn't have any problems with the lifts. We were genuinely welcomed at the hotel reception and felt very comfortable, the room itself was clean and tidy, brand standard for premier inn. The views were amazing. We stayed for three nights and had three good nights sleep, we had breakfast but not an evening meal. Breakfast was well stocked and hot and I would say it was busy but well run. We found Westfield shopping centre incredible and the reason for us not having an evening meal in the hotel was because the choice of food in Westfield was superb!
Would I stay here again, yes without a doubt, in fact we're thinking of Easter. The staff at this hotel were brilliant and even when there was a change over of shifts at reception the next shift were as interested as the last. Good training and good people.

Brilliant location to stay in after shopping or travelling around London by car or train. The staff were helpful and chatty, always seeing if you are ok. This would be a 5 but for the terrible staff in the restaurant, the dinner we had was not good at all, microwaved pasta with burnt chicken. The waitresses had no smile and service was very slow. The breakfast was better, I like the buffet style rather than tae service as it quickens up the process although the restaurant staff were once again lazy, slow and unhappy. They should look at the reception staff and how they treat the guests then implement this in the restaurant. Also don't like the lift situation but no where near as bad as Gatwick Airport Premier Inn. Overall would definitely return but not to the restaurant.

Stayed here for a few nights.

Getting to the hotel from public transport isn't the nicest of experiences. The hotel is situated at the very end of the Westfield mall which can take 5 - 10 minutes of having to manoeuvre past shoppers. It's sign posted to a point, then the rest is guess work. Once at the hotel (have to go outside the mall to then get back inside the hotel) the reception is on the 1st floor which is only accessible via the lift (slow lifts).

First impressions of reception were good. They seemed accommodating and happy to help but they did forget to tell me that to get to the bedroom floors you actually have to swipe your card in the card reader in the lift!

My room was very clean but both towels had marks on them. Not an issue as I took my own.

My first nights sleep was fine as I was exhausted. However each one after had a few issues due to being able to feel springs in the mattress, pillows being very solid (they are meant to have 2 different types but all 4 were the same), noisy guests allowing kids to run around in rooms and on corridors, doors constantly opening and closing and the rooms were really warm. Windows can't be opened and the air con system is extremely loud so can't be left on.

Even when nothing was switched on and the air con was off there was a constant whirring noise coming from the unit just in the door way to the room. Even with ear plugs this could be heard.

The shower gel provided in the dispenser smelled like kitchen cleaner and didn't foam so not the most pleasant of experience.

The overall feel of the room was 'ok', just felt like it was lacking something.

I did try over 3 days to speak to reception about the noises and mattress issue but each time I went to the pods staff stand at, they were really busy. As they didn't acknowledge my presence and after each time standing there like a fool for 5 minutes being ignored I just gave up. I've emailed them and am yet to receive a reply.
