“Great Views over Olympic Park”
Reviewed 13 July 2014

Located adjacent to the Olympic stadium, close to rail network. The hotel is above the Westfield centre which has hundreds of shops, restaurants and bars. The rooms are comfortable and we had a fantastic view of Olympic park and the London skyline. The staff are really friendly and polite, one downside is the lifts which can be really slow at times plus if you don't like lifts there are 139 steps BEFORE you reach the reception on the first floor. All in all a great location for sight seeing and we will defintely return.

Room Tip: Ask for a room overlooking Olympic Park.

Perfect hotel and perfect location.

Yes, it's not amazing but when you are in London you shouldn't spend your day in a hotel room and this hotel has everything you need.

The hotel is next to a Westfield Shopping centre and two train stations, making it a short tube to central London.

The staff are friendly, always welcoming you with a Hello.

I couldn't sleep because of noise of the fire doors clanging shut every 2 minutes on the Saturday night. Went down to the restaurant for a cuppa and staff were curious, and refunded the night's stay, and I got a free culpa - I really didn't expect it but they were nice but not over solicitous.
they were helpful every time.
hotel wasn't noisy other nights, and other premier inns haven't had this problem - was just a busy night!
hotel room really generous size, but only booked an ordinary room.
All clean

I have stayed here many times before whilst working on the London 2012 venue pre and post event. That was two years ago and this was a leisure trip.

The hotel is very clean and appears as it did in the first few months, it has been well kept. The room is still immaculate. The only thing that didn't work as it should was the lock on the corridor that was permanently open but the fact that you need to swipe a key card in the lift offers some security.

We had an excellent nights sleep, the air con/ heater worked a treat.

We did not use the restaurant as there is so much (less expensive) fayre on offer in the Westfield centre just a short walk. We had an unbelievable £2 breakfast deal at Subway.

Recommended. Our room was £113 on a Saturday night for a family room

Room Tip: A high floor for the best view of London. Ask to be on the right side for the skyline

Stayed for one night on buisiness then stayed for the weekend with family. Staff couldn't have been more helpful, nothing was too much trouble. Had a fantastic view over the olympic park and enjoyed a lovely evening meal and breakfast in Thyme Restaurant during my stay.

Stayed at the London Stratford Premier Inn as we wanted to watch the passing of the 3rd stage of the Tour de France through the Olympic Park and thereafter watch the rest of the race on the big Fan screen in the Park. Hotel room was best PI we have stayed in including those adjacent to airports at LHR, LGW and BHX. Room having proper air conditioning was a huge benefit. Only minus point was lack of separate price for "continental breakfast" but otherwise cooked food and buffet service was very good.
