Stayed here for two nights over the Easter break. Rooms are well equipped, large bathroom with separate shower, funky TV and nexpresso coffee machine. Contemporary styling throughout the hotel with a "political theme" due to its close proximity to Westminster. Great cocktails in the bar and a popular venue for afternoon tea. Perfect hotel for the business traveller but also comfortable enough for the leisure traveller. Enjoyed a great run through st James park which looked amazing with all the spring flowers. Pick up a jog route map from the concierge.

me and my wife stayed here over the easter . staff were very freindly and could not do enough for us. the hotel it self was very clean . we were offered a standard room on the 6th floor. we took the quiet room at the back . and it was very quiet so plenty of sleep for us. the room was very modern hd tv on the wall tea and coffee . the bathroom was fantastic i had a bath and shower following morning . we were out all day but came back to the hotel about 11 pm and decided to have a few drinks and a club sandwich and chips the waitress again nothing was a problem.
The hotel is in an ideal location 5 minute walk to big ben . st james tube tation over the road and several pubs . and buckingham palacabout 8 minute walk . if we had more time would of had an afternoon tea ,they looked great maybe next time. my only fault was the bed was too hard but thats just my prefence at home.

Very stylish and comfortable hotel with all mod cons including a Nespresso machine, large walk in shower and free wifi. Food and beverage offerings in the restaurant and cocktail bar were good if a bit pricey for what they were, but that's London hotels. Great location close to Westminster Abbey, the Houses of Parliament, Scotland Yard and the Regency Cafe (for a blowout brekkie on a budget). Being in a built up street there are not particularly good views from the hotel and it does not overlook a park like those in other areas. If you can get a great rate either from the hotel or a discount website, it is well worth it for a weekend break.

Room Tip: Ask for a room with lots of natural light.

We have a in house 3 days meeting at Inter Continental London Westminster. We have visited there in early March 2014. The Hotel is centrally located. The staff are very courteous. rooms are very nice and big size. It is very difficult to get a good size room in central London. food was amazing. You can get lot many other food option near to hotel as well. their concierge service is so amazing. receptionist are very well mannered and helpful. This is a great place to stay.

Room Tip: take the side room with window, they have some room in middle as well.

Myself and my boyfriend have just returned from this hotel and could not fault it at all. Staff were superb, especially all the concierge guys. We did not try the food as there are so many places to eat in London. The only thing I would say would be location, I'm sure there are a lot of other hotels with a better location. However, all in all we had a fantastic stay and a decent nights sleep, what more can you ask for? Will probably stay here again on my next trip to London!

I have recently been lucky enough to spend a couple of days at this gorgeous hotel. From the very moment we arrived and was greeted by David the concierge we knew this hotel was special. All the staff were friendly and welcoming and this put us at our ease immediately. We had a complimentary upgrade on our room which was a surprise. The room was fabulous, the bathroom
Was more like a suite than a room and I have never seen a television quite like it, built in to a smoked glass wall. The beds were so comfortable, the temptation to stay in them was enormous. The location of this hotel is also great, in the heart of Westminster without being noisy or busy, discreet and opposite St.James'Park tube station. On returning from going to the theatre one evening, we returned to our room to find the beds had been turned down,a mat was placed at the side of the bed and a pair of slippers was placed on the mat for our use. There is also complimentary tea and coffee making in the rooms, nothing particularly unusual by that, except it is a coffee making machine, not just a kettle with sachets of instant coffee. The attention to detail at this hotel is remarkable and I compliment everyone who works so hard to maintain such high standards. I definitely recommend this hotel and hope very much to stay there again myself at sometime in the future.

I stayed in the Intercontinental Westminster and had an outstanding stay. As an overview, the accommodations were excellent and the hotel staff were friendly and helpful.

CHECK IN EXPERIENCE
Check in was outstanding, especially considering that we had a group of 16 people to check in. The staff had our room cards ready even though we were there about 2 hours before check-in. Getting our IHG rewards in was also very easy thanks to the excellent staff.

ROOM
The room was well decorated, comfortable, and a very good size, especially for London. I had a king bed, and had room to move around (which is very different from other London hotels I've stayed at). I would say that it would be very comfortable for a couple to stay here together, but even with the more gracious size for London, it would have been tough to have much more than 2 in this room. The bathroom was excellent with a separate shower stall and a bathtub. The bathtub is an excellent soaking tub for one and the spigot is well designed and with good water pressure to create luxurious bubbles for a bath.

LOCATION
The location is outstanding and is located outside of St. James Gate tube station. Because it this, it is very easy to get to the Tube, though it is somewhat inconvenient to get to places like Picadillly, Leicester and Knightsbridge due to the transfers needed, but fortunately, the Tube is efficiently run and it doesn't take too long between transfers. It is well within walking distance of Westminster, the London Eye, White Hall (government offices), Green Park, Jermyn Street and Buckingham Palace.

TEA SERVICE
We were fortunate to be able to get a reservation of the afternoon high tea at the Intercontinental. It was an outstanding meal with delicate sandwiches, desserts, champagne, and of course tea. It's about 35 pounds per person, but it is a good filling pre-theater meal, so it was well worth it.

CONCIERGE
The concierge service was excellent and the staff were among the most helpful I have encountered in a hotel. We used them to get recommendations for restaurants, getting cabs, theater tickets, and tickets to the London eye.
